A fantastic hotel with excellent on site gym and pool Restaurant and costa coffee also very good

A nice hotel although could benefit from air con in the rooms and especially the restaurant

Starbucks great on site. Comfy bed. Close to train station. However generally needs a refurb.

Breakfast was standard Parking ample and safe Staff were helpful and polite Took a while for hot water to come through for showers Windows could do with a clean and one was blown but fortunately we were in the cheap seats and at the back with industrial view so not a problem Room was stifling as so hot. Fan was provided but as limited plug sockets it didnt really help. However this you cant really put down to the hotel. Overall it was a great hotel for what we needed

I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them.

Helpful friendly staff in all areas, hotel/bar-grill/gym/spa. Spacious room, good wifi. Had meal in bar-grill which was excellent (tomohawk pork chop) and reasonable price for hotel. £7.50 for overnight parking with plenty space. £5 for the well equipped gym and spa. I particularly liked the boxing area with the teardrop bags. Good buffet breakfast Definitely stay again

The pod of screens to sign yourself in when you arrive is not very welcoming but staff very helpful and dealt with this. Decent size car park now chargeable all week (contra information in room which suggested Fri night to Sun are free - apparently out of date). Decennt breakfast sensibly priced if you scan the code in your room beforehand. Restaurant/room service stops by 9:30 which was inconveniently early. If you can avoid room 101 which is right by the lift shaft and noisy. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed, I was bitten in my sleep up the backs of my legs. I explained to the receptionist in the morning and she said management would be in contact with me, 6 days later and have heard nothing despite calling to check yesterday I hadn’t missed am email/call by accident. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and am willing to overlook things but being bitten then ignored is not one of them

Everything that you would expect from a Village Hotel

The club room was of good size, clean and well equipped with tea, coffee etc Comfortable stay. Needed a good base to visit my daughter Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and I felt looked after Housekeeping were also excellent, as I didn't need a full room service but clean towels and essentials were replenished without any fuss. You're staff made my stay a really good experience and would stay again when in Manchester The amenities pool and gym (included in club room) were good. Heated pool, great for both adults and children. Great to have certain times set out for the kids swim too this wish it gives everyone a choice I didn't use the gym but looked well equipped Car park free with room There's a Starbucks within the hotel The bar & grill are of good value, quality with a good variety menu and vegan available Overall a very pleasant stay

I stayed for 5 nights, put the sign on my door for the room to be cleaned 3 days in a row and it wasn’t cleaned or freshened up once. I was not impressed. Everything else was fine but I’m marking it down on everything because of that.

Everything was perfect even for a short stay. Has all that could be needed.

The dinning are for the evening food was not ideal, there was plenty of room where the breakfast area was but they do not open it for evenings meal. The food area was dedicated to big TV screens with football on it. Not the ideal eating experience.

Parking was very good. The breakfast was average and not very hot.

On arrival, plenty of parking, staff were very helpful checking in, they have a self check system, but the staff are more than happy to help you through the process. My room was spacious with a nice bathroom and lovely spacious shower, all very clean with towels and hand, hair and shower gels provided. The bed was 2 singles together as a large double, comfy and clean bedding. Breakfast can be ordered via a QR code the day before at a cost of £12.50, or payed on the morning at £17.50. An all you can eat help yourself buffet service with a very good choice and variety of food. Evening meal/snacks etc are served in the bar restaurant, the food was cooked well, no complaints there, however the prices were on the high side, especially for the portion sizes they were serving, in my opinion. Didn't use any of the other onsite facilities, like the gym, pool or hot tub etc so can't comment. All in all, a reasonably good stay, however if I stayed again, I'll be eating off site or via Uber eats 👍
