It is hard to find a luxury hotel with so many trees in center of madurai. The architecture is great and very good for family. Swimming pool was perfect and very clean.

The staff in every department has been phenomenal. Props to Monica for a smiling service. The F&B entire staff made my stay a memorable.

Hotel is really very good, clean, i suggest to everyone if planning to visit madurai only staying place is heritage madurai. Great experience, love the place, specially best for families, also good for destination wedding.

Great all round,very peaceful place to relax,will visit again

Charming, cottage-style rooms with plenty of character, though not the most convenient in layout. The air conditioning was inefficient at times, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the restaurant was excellent, with very courteous staff who made dining a pleasure. We only stayed one night, but it’s the kind of place where a longer stay would have been enjoyable.

It was pleasant and comfortable

I have stayed here a few years ago, however, this property now needs a renovation. Everything here looks rundown and I would not be staying here again if changes are not made.

Service is slow. Sometimes you have to call couple of times. Otherwise, the staff is courteous and very friendly. The way they care makes up for the lack
