spotless! clean! staff very wonderfull!

When we arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was very cold and unwelcoming. He simply stood behind an iPad to process our check-in with no real interaction or effort to make us feel welcome. When we were given our room information, the mobile app required to open the door would not work. I went back down to explain the issue, and he dismissed it by saying I was holding my phone incorrectly. After trying again with no success, my mother had to call reception. Someone finally arrived with manual key cards, this whole thing took about 20 minutes, standing outside our room with our luggage. After a seven-hour drive, this was extremely frustrating and not the experience we expected. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Small details like handles on the cabinets and drawers would have been appreciated, but overall the room was fine. The following evening, when we returned after being out all day, a different receptionist was working. She was much more welcoming and pleasant. Unfortunately, our key cards once again did not work. We tried calling reception with no answer. I had to go downstairs to look for assistance, but no one was there. Shortly after, my mother called to say the receptionist had just gone upstairs to deliver towels we had requested. Between the lack of available staff and the unreliable door-entry system, the experience became far too inconvenient. For these reasons, we would not choose to stay there again.

Good value for the money. Good service too.

Staff at the réception was not very helpful. Asked if we could have the room early and she just said it is written on the site that the check in is at 16:00 specially for costumer’s that book tru Hotel.com so it’s at 16:00. She tells us that we could pay for extra time but didn’t not offer. Mattress are hard and the bed very high. She let us know couple of time that we booked tru Hotel.com

Very clean, comfortable and large room in a great location

This hotel is in a central location within easy walk of some restaurants. The hotel itself was fine; clean and very modern although not a lot of personality. The staff were very nice and helpful. The app they want you to install before you arrive didn't work and check in wasn't made easier by it. There isn't much to see in that area.

Pas de déjeuner hors saison. Le gym est vraiment rudimentaire (poids max de 15 lbs). Le chambre est confortable, mais les rénovations ont été faites de surface et tout est mal conçu dans le coin cuisine : presque impossible d’ouvrir les tiroirs et les armoires. Hôtel correct très cher.

Kitchen has 2 stove Induction cooktop with a microwave. Good for quick boiling/heating not ideal for long time cooking. Rooms are pretty compact.

Everything was excellent. Clean courteous staff close to restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable

Really nice hotel and clean. Perhaps the parking is way too small and it is complicated to find a parking space near the hotel.

Centrally located, near shops and restaurants. The entrance lacked clear signage, we were not sure until we walked down the stairs that we had the right place. No ramp to reception made moving our suitcases difficult.

Calm and peaceful, plenty of restaurant nearby.
