Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

The hotel is hidden and hard to find

Superb value hotel/ motel on outskirts of Gruglisasco outside Turin . Fab sized rooms with all the facilities you'd need and a few free mini bar contents and good selection breakfast included. Free parking and friendly helpful staff. The thing that made us giggle was that the motel section has a selection of 'themed' rooms which were separate from the hotel building... The hotel suited us as we were visiting family in Gruglisasco and we had a hire car, but I would not recommend for those without transport as it's on an industrial area so hard to get around easily with nothing near by.

The hotel is very nice, it's new and the staff are very helpful. The problem is that it's very isolated from the city.

Just needed a place to stay for a concert and this was perfect Just off the motorway Nothing nearby but had its own bar and restaurant Perfect for just a quick stopover

This hotel is not the greatest neighborhood, especially for woman.

This is a hotel for assignations. Some rooms are rented by the HOUR. The motel part is for temporary visits. The hotel part more for actual overnight guests. If you don't have a companion, they are available down on the roadway a bit down the highway. Breakfast is served until 10:30... at 9:30 on a Sat morning it looked like locusts had hit the place. No eggs left, almost no bread products.. all croissants gone, a few rolls left... no ham, no cheese, no sweet cakes etc. Etc. And the staff had no intention of filling in the missing items. Give this place a miss. I did like the ability to check in from your car... a drive-up window for check in...something new to me.

It was a great stay. just a bit to far out of the way. If you had a car or money for Taxis, you would have a great time. The staff are fantastic

Personale accogliente e gentile. Accesso sicuro, parcheggi interni con controllo di ingresso tramite reception e sbarra all'ingresso e uscita. Lontano dalla strada. Ottimo anche per chi ha bambini.

La struttura mi ha soddisfatto molto e ci tornerò sicuramente. Ottima pulizia in tutti gli spazi e personale molto disponibile e gentile.

La chambre etait impeccable et le personnel disponible et très serviable.

Situation en zone industrielle à 25mn du centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix Petit déjeuner correct Personnel accueillant

Chambre confortable et spacieuse, très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec des produits de qualité.

Buon hotel-motel con del personale molto gentile. Parcheggio molto comodo devo dire e check in/out veloce. Ho prenotato una camera superior con vasca idromassaggio che devo dire è stata fantastica. L’unica nota dolente è la poca illuminazione della stanza dove tra l’altro una lampadina non funzionava e un po’ fredda dove il termostato non fa molta differenza se acceso o spento.

Très sympa. Le repas à l'hotel n'est pas donné mais excellent et le double accès de la chambre sur la voiture parquée devant porte 1 et sur l'intérieur de l'hotel porte 2 très agréable.
