A coffee maker in the room would be fantastic. Otherwise it’s $70 pesos for a cup of coffee at the restaurant

Excellent property! Failed for poor planning for parking. There was a big government event and all attendees took all parking spaces. There were no parking spaces left for guests. Hotel management should limit parking for non guests and have reserved spaces for hotel guests. Cars were parked in non- parking sections and it was difficult to drive. Very unsafe.

Amenities were closed early. Guests were not able to use pool installations. No spa even though it was offered

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast 10/10! Plenty of parking, will stay here again!

They weren’t able to give an invoice saying they have problems with Expedia and they need to fix the problem before they can give me an invoice. They didn’t say what kind of problem was it but they will not be able to do my invoice until problem is solved. I won’t be reimbursed for this by the company I work for until I submit a formal, Mexican invoice
