The hotel is clean and spacious. There are many great retairants between 5 and 10 minutes away up a quiet street.

Clean room!

The room is very much neglected. The mirror by the bathroom is falling apart. The bed sheets had make up stains. The rug needs some washing because it’s super stained the drawers were falling apart and hard to put back in when we used them for our clothes. And the towels were full of lint.

Clean room, great bed, great food, great staff only place I stay in Hermosillo.

Breakfast was not included in my reservation. Just parking, which was was fine.

Great service

I've stayed at Hotel Lucerna a handful of times over the years and it is probably my go-to in Hermosillo. The location is solid, it's great value for money, and the breakfast is good. The only thing I would suggest is that management make water and coffee available in the lobby for free. I am sure I'll be back multiple times in the years to come.
