Clean room, great staff very friendly. Good choice for the breakfast

Went to the hotel for the Mallorca 312 cycling event. Hotel offers breakfast at 5 am, plus it's an amazing location for the event. My wife, non cyclist asked ' Why is it not a 4 star'. IMO because it does not have a coffee/tea making facility in the bedrooms and the rooms are compact, but rooms are great. Bar service by friendly staff. If you want a small hotel and excellent service the Amapola ticks all the boxes. Travelled the end of April, will be even better in Summer. Plata De Muro is a great resort. Took a risk with choosing a 3*, but this hotel may not look the most attractive, but the reviews that led myself to this hotel are totally justified.

We really liked the location - it’s enough of a distance from the Alcúdia resort to be peaceful but the beach and a well-served bus stop are less than 5 mins walk. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, the food selection is great and tasty. The only complaint I have is that you hear every noise from the hallway in the bedrooms - including all the slamming doors. But, as this is a peaceful location with decent clientele, there was no noise overnight. The bedrooms are also tiny, but I didn’t mind this at all. Would definitely stay here again

Definitely a 3 star hotel. The food was oily, lacked diversity, and was not of top quality. I also had to change rooms, because I was initially getting smells from the kitchen coming all the way to my room from the ventilation. There's also another hotel right next door that has an amphitheater setup that blasts music until 10:30pm every night of the week, and it faces directly on the hotel rooms, meaning you get very little peace at night if you're facing that side of the hotel. The only upside was the service in this hotel, which was impeccable. The staff were all extremely polite, warm and friendly. But yeah, a lot of improvements to be made before it becomes a 4 star in my opinion.

Excellent hotel, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was superb every day.

The property was very clean and up to date. Conveniently located a short walk from the water front. The meals in the dining room were quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay. All the staff super nice. Food was excellent. Very close to the beach. Will surely be coming back and already telling friends to stay at this hotel.

A lovely hotel.

My stay at The Grupotel Amapola was my first time going all-inclusive and it didnt disappoint. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and very well presented - which continued into the room which was spacious, had a wardrobe and drawers, a private bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony. Everything from ameneties to the food to staff was spot on - so much so my partner an i originally went for 5 days and extended to 8!! Aitana, José, Merija and Fran were stand out staff members who were constantly attentive, welcoming, always helpful and truely made our holiday all the better. We will definitely be back - Laina & Ash (UK Couple, mid 30's)

Welcoming, warm and professional staff. Good quality buffet food for breakfast and dinner. It was quiet as it was end of the season. Would stay again.

An intimate hotel a short distance from the beach and the sea. Close to the bus stop. Very good all-inclusive food and drinks. Quality suitable for the price.

Don’t expect the ladies at front desk to help you. They will find every reason possible not to. The hotel is wonderful otherwise. You’re better off finding another place to stay. These ladies lack any common courtesy. Recommendation for upper management, find someone with a little humanity for this position.

everyone is very nice and helpful

For 3 star hotel is very good, especially the food, the bar and the general cleaning. The reception wasnt warmfull, and the check out wasnt very warmfull again... But i recomend this hotel for a good relation between price and services. Its nearly some good beaches and the pool was Nice too. The finish time for dinner - 9 PM is to early. We must leave the beach too early...

Spotless friendly hotel. Exactly what we needed as a base. There are hotels with more going on but if you want a quieter stay this is perfect

A smaller size hotel with very friendly staff. The room was just big enough for a cozy bed and I found it very practical that my luggage perfectly fit under the bed and not using any further space. The restaurant has many choices and was not crowded during my stay. Tasty food is 5-10 drive away but supermarket is just at the corner.
