Staff was amazingly helpful! The location is great. Close to everything. The only downfall was no elevator, but the staff carried our heavy bags up and down from our room. Clean and again staff were all amazing!

Hotel reception was extremely helpful carrying my luggage up and down the stairs and directing me around the city. They were also very good to reply to emails. The room was quite small but all I needed. An extra blanket in the room is the only thing I would suggest for improvement. Thank you so much for providing me a safe and comfortable place to stay.

This place is okay, located near the high end shopping district of Florence, but down a small side street. Communication is a little difficult, as they use a translation app to communicate before check in, and it’s a little wonky. For example, I said that we would arrive at 4 pm, and received a message saying, “since you will be arriving after 8 pm…” My biggest issue was that the air conditioning system was very noisy, presenting a loud series of clicks every 90 seconds. When I told the staff, they said that it would stop if I raised the temperature setting. It did not, and we had a bad night’s sleep. When I complained in the morning, the answer was that the clicking would stop after the air conditioner was off for about an hour. Think about that level of service before you book.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and it seemed to be recently remodeled. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to leave our luggages. The room is about a 10 minute walk to the duomo. The area is quiet and still has a lot of restaurants/shopping around.

Again great location if you plan on staying very short term. But the property is run down. Water leak marks all over the ceilings. Showers were extremely small and the shower head seem to be coming off. Also u can hear everyone in the lobby from the room, meaning everyone can hear u if ur trying to do the nutty nutttttty.

Great staff and location for a budget friendly hotel. The rooms are basic, small but very clean. The only negative is the long stairs leading from the street to the front desk and then from the front desk to the rooms. But the location is good and the staff is helpful and friendly

Location was outstanding.. Centrally located to everything Florence has to offer.

Lovely and very clean room. The staff are there 8 am to 8 pm and very nice. The best part is that this is on a quiet street and only 15 min from just about everything. Fair warning, there is a steep flight of stairs to enter. The staff is there to help with your bags, but you need to be able to walk up these. The amenities are simple and just enough.

The place was acceptable, nothing spectacular. Be prepared you may need to climb three floors. The location is good. The room size is OK. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Be also prepared to smell an intense sewer smell in the bathroom and deal with mosquitoes. The whole experience was not terrible but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

I had a pleasant stay at this very centrally located hotel. The location is definitely one of its best features—there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores just steps away, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The room itself was quite basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While it didn’t have many extras, it provided everything I needed.

Great location but the bathroom was tiny and it was an outdated place. The staff was really nice though.

The staff was very helpfull, the room we had was recentky renovated and the hitel location is oerfect and on a quiet street.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from train station. However, if you have luggage, I suggest you take a cab. Streets/sidewalks are narrow and in some places, rough (cobblestone). it will cost between €15 and 20. Room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No staff on hand from 8:00pm (20:00) to 8:00am (08:00). During those hours, you enter with a key. Also, no elevator, stairs only (staff will help with luggage), so it could be difficult, if you are mobility impaired. Overall, this is a good value for the money. Would stay there again, if we return to Florence.

The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems.

Perfectly situated for walkable Florence, and the attendant. Aldo, was fantastic - he even took pity of these tired travelers and carried our backpacks up and down the three flights of stairs! The location was well marked, tho sort of a rabbit warren of a neighborhood which only added to the charm. The space itself was clean, well organized and efficient. Oh and they kept our bags post-checkout which allowed us several hours of easy adventuring before our departure. Florence is a fabulous walkable city and this property is in the middle of everything. I’m happy to recommend it to fellow travelers!

It was very clean BUT the room was way smaller then the pictures show. Some of the boards around the door frame and floor were missing. There was so little room there was no place for lugage which made it hard to walk aroundthe bed without climbing on it first. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from other peoples rooms. The shower is excellent and has great hot water.
