Good location and clean rooms

It is a good property located in the heart of Madrid. Very clean, newly renovated. The only thing missing was a coffeemaker and tea kettle, but we were able to get it upon request. Very attentive staff.

Not satisfactory at all... the hotel is old, restaurant is super bad

A well located, comfortable hotel. A lovely restaurant downstairs with a great menu and so close to the Metro. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again. The room was immaculately clean and the staff are friendly.

Centrally located on Gran Via and within walking distance to various sites (Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Cathedral). Clean rooms and a good breakfast to start the day.

Outdated facilities… way too expensive for its quality. Should be closer to a 2 star hotel

Very nice aparthotel on Gran Via - close to all tourist attractions, public transportation. Friendly staff. Could use some updating in the kitchenette area (coffee maker would be nice). The beds were on wheels and were moving. All in all a nice aparthotel, would recommend it.

First room we got the bathroom was a disaster. Second room we got in the 9th floor was very nice and the bathroom was perfect. No matter what you will need to carry your luggage through some stairs. Location was perfect!

The hotel has AC only in rooms, no AC in hallways or bathrooms. The rooms were clean but they seem to have some ants in the room. They had carpet and could be updated to show more cleanness. The staff was slow to solve issues but they did get it done. The location was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom were updated and big.

The hotel is ideally placed along Gran Via with several public transport options close by to help us get tio anywhere in Madrid or outside. The gran Via itself is a happening place with lots of Theatre, shopping, restaurants around and is buzzing all the time. The Hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The room comes with a kitchen and utensils for our needs. The only drawback is the breakfast-which is quite limited in its choices and doesn't offer much beyond the croissants and fruits.

Our room 217 was spacious, but the shower was dirty with mold and the carpet was dirty

The kitchen could be also equipped with tea kettle and coffee maker. However, tea kettle was provided upon request. Thank you!
