This was our 5th stop in our Europe trip. We were happy they offer laundry service at no cost. We were able to wash some clothes as we had one more stop after this. Breakfast was pretty pleasant. They do have a fee for that, but it was good. Our trip was short and sweet. we enjoyed staying here.

Love the digital check in but looks like there is a gab between Naitly & Expedia, they needed my headshot and passport pic even though I provided that, they language was used in emails asking for this data was like within one hour or …. Now the unit has hair in the floor when I checked in but I was too tired to ask them to clean it next day I asked them to clean I was told the schedule to clean this unit not today. Now the unit has no water (drinking water usually couple of bottles for arrivals) no coffee to brew. The lady at the front desk was very rude, the breakfast was one of the worst ever experienced hence I did not go for breakfast after we tried it once. The 5th floor corridor was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very noisy. On the other side the location was great and some of the staff were really friendly except for the lady at the front desk.

Overall, solid. The sewer odor others have discussed is a real thing. It’s more of an issue with the neighborhood than the hotel, I think.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional.

Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, chose que nous avons grandement appréciée. Pour un séjour de 5 jours, le ménage est fait 1 seule fois (tel qu'indiquer dans différents reviews). Buanderie au sous-sol, par contre plusieurs machines qui ne fonctionnaient pas et la sécheuse prend beaucoup de temps à sécher le linge. Les enfants ont bien aimé la salle de jeux! Le staff est super accueillant et nous ont appeler des taxis lorsque nous en avions besoin! L'entrée à l'hôtel et aux chambres se fait avec un code, très pratique!

We stayed there for four days with our family and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. They even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. After we checked out, my husband accidentally left his necklace behind, and the hotel contacted me right away to let me know they had found it, which we really appreciated. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the Sagrada Família, and we also felt very safe in the area throughout our stay.

8/10, accessible, clean, nice staff, good breakfast, close (~10m) walk from metro station, easy entry with phone as key.

We didn’t eat breakfast there, but the room was a good size and comfortable beds, air conditioning and heating worked well too. staff were super helpful- Our son had an accident one evening and the desk quickly provided bedding. We also had an issue with our uber to the airport and the desk quickly called us a replacement taxi, ensuring there was a child seat available for our youngest

Great location

Large room for a family of 4. Good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Two single beds in main bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Sofa bed wasn't very big, just big enough for 2 children sharing. It was also incredibly squeaky. Kitchen has kettle, toaster & fridge plus crockery, cooking items and utensils. Room cleaned after night 2 of 4.

Spacious, clean and updated rooms. Laundry was handy, but most were under repair.

Lovely sized apartment for my husband and I and our almost 2 year old. Cot privided for free which was very safe sleep conditions. Apartment was clean and had good amenities. No coffee machine i can see people reporting snd yes this was true but there are coffee shops nearby, youre on holiday girl go treat yourself!!! Get a matcha iced latte! Was very quiet at night, good heating system. Comfy bed. I recommend

The property located in a really good area which has access to the most amazing places. It was family friendly and close to shops.

This hotel was honestly amazing! I love that the check in and check out are all done electronically. I was shocked that the kitchen was a proper kitchen with a stovetop and had all the cooking essentials. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable, especially the sofabed!! It felt like a normal bed! This place exceeded my expectations and would definitely come back

Staff were very friendly and polite, we did not interact much but they were helpful when we did communicate. Nice location more quiet, room was spacious, fairly clean and up to our standards. One request would be extra bedding and towels as housekeeping is not daily. Overall lovely place, great price, you cannot go wrong!
