Good food.

this hotel is improving each time I go there. staff very helpfull always with smile and ready to help and serve. food as always exeptional, breakfast I must consider as extra exeptional and they improve a lot.

This hotel never disappoints! It was our 5th time here and will be coming back again. Everything here is perfect.

Was surprised how Great hotel was, as it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere the rooms were very large and clean, food in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced the is a lovely pool also

Beautiful hotel at the end of a long drive. Just the right place to rest and relax. Wonderful and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet included. If you are a shopper there is an outlet mall nearby.

The hotel seemed like a family business, overall very good quality for the money, but note that the checkin stops at 8pm!! Also the lady at breakfast did not speak any international language but wanted to convey a message to me and could not.

This hotel is excellent. Wonderful design, fantastic wellness facilities and very good breakfast. We will be visiting again and next time with kids too.

Wonderful new 4* hotel just over the border in Chechnya from NE Austria. Rooms relatively cheap (Jan) with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and exercise equipment. There is also a large casino attached to the hotel. Euros are freely accepted throughout including at the casino.

Normal stay. Good breakfast with wide assortment bufet. Room not so clean as it would be. No additional bed clothes for sofa, we pay for staying of the couple adults and one 5 yo child. King size bed and convertible sofa in our room. So... it’s no way to use sofa for third family member because they said that they have not additional bed clothes. Really funny to heard it from stuff of the 4 star hotel.

I stayed a couple of times in this hotel over the last year's and they manage to keep a constant high standard. The hotel is very well taken care of and super clean. Especially the bathrooms excel compared to other hotels in this price range. The breakfast is not spectacular but there is everything you need including decent coffee. I never used the spa myself but friends said it's rather basic. That the casino is part of the hotel is a plus for me but even if you don't like casinos you will be happy to stay there since you don't really notice that there is a casino if you wouldn't know. 2 minutes walking to the outlet Center is a plus as well.

I chose the hotel because of its location as I was just travelling from Austria to Czech Republic. As much as the hotel is aimed at the casino and spa visiting clientele, I felt looked after by the staff and was actually surprised how nice the room and the food in the restaurant were. Staff were super friendly but I could imagine it would be harder to communicate in English as they are all speaking perfect German as their preferred foreign language which is useful given the hotel's location. Overall, a great hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights and got good deal based on using 50% off voucher. The hotel offers great comfort, very friendly staff and very good restaurant (worth to use the half board option which is 10€ per room and definitely worth it). The breakfast & dinner buffets have limited choices, but acceptable given the price you pay for it. Very close to Znojmo where you can get nice sightseeing + coffee (U mlsneho kocoura) or dinner (Illegal Bar). Definitely recommending for weekend stay - just search for some vouchers to get the best possible deal...

Great place to stay between Austria and the Czech Republic, literally this area was once the duty-free zone between the the Austrian and Czech border crossings (no-man's-land), now a freeport and shopping mall. I had a business meeting in Znojmo and arranged to meet my client for dinner on the previous evening, it was his first visit to the hotel and he was impressed with the ambience and restaurant, great atmosphere, live jaz band, good food at sensible prices - perfect!!! Absolute must....

Absolutely wonderful hotel located within walking distance of the outlet. Very reasonably priced. Food, room and facilities are top class.

Good hotel in the wrong place...this is a good place if you plan to do shopping on the free zone or visit night life places...really not a good place if you want to visit Znojmo or bike in the region. It is a Las Vegas style hotel not a nice European hotel. Overall, good standard, good hotel in an ugly place. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody
