This property is in a semi rural area far away from Bologna attractions. While the staff were very nice, I believes listed as a four star property when it was actually a two star. I would only recommend considering this if you have a car and are willing to drive a significant distance into town.

All was clean and nice. I had a car, parking was ok.

It's not walkable to the main attraction. Staff were amazing. The rooms were old and smelled like cigerette.

Convenient location near airport for early morning flight. Rooms are spacious and clean but this is a basic accommodation out of city popular with tradesman and those travelling.

Very clean and comfortable, staff courteous, good location even thought is not near to downtown.

For a budget hotel, this is an excellent choice. The entire place is clean, and maintained fastidiously. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Coffee is prepared and served at your table (free breakfast). I rated it a 4 instead of 5 because of the bathroom configuration- the shower stall floor was even with the rest of the bathroom floor, so that the water flowed out of the shower area. You had to be careful not to slip and dry the floor. Otherwise the bathroom is clean.

Friendly service in a small, family run hotel handy for visitors to the Bologna fair or in our case an overnight stay on the way back from a holiday. Plenty of parking. A good breakfast but no restaurant at the hotel. However, we were given an excellent local restaurant to try which turned out to be a great choice for dinner.

Everyone from the manager to cleaning staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are no frills but the breakfast (and coffee) were excellent. Bit too far from the centre of Bologna but good access to the Bologna Fair Centre.

Pas de réceptionniste pour le check-in. Mais suite à un appel à un numéro d'urgence, une dame charmante m'a indiqué comment accéder à ma chambre. Elle ne parlait qu'en italien. Pour le reste, petite chambre propre. Hôtel très éloigné du centre de Bologne mais bon rapport qualité prix.

Personale gentile, hotel nella media, abbastanza vicino all' autostrada

Soggiornato nella depandance dell'hotel Camera singola (non molto insonorizzata; si trova però su una strada poco trafficata) con letto a 1 piazza e mezza dotata dell'essenziale (una piccola scrivania, comodino e armadio con coperta e cuscino extra). Presente ua piccola cassaforte. Il bagno un po' piccolo, era comunque dotato di tutto. Box doccia con tenda. Buona la pulizia. Colazione. Caffè, cappuccio, cioccolata preparati dalpersonale con macchina da bar. Erano disponibili una varietà di brioche "fresche" (probabilmente decongelate) oltre al classico confezionate (tortine, biscoti, marmellate, nutella, fette biscottate, ecc. Disponibili succhi e acqua. Ambiete pulito, ma forse una tovagietta monouso sui tavoli non guastava. Personale gentile e moto disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Conclusione. Consigliato come appoggio per un paio di notti. Posizioe un po' decentrata, ma il parcheggio privato (videosorvegliato), rende agevoli gli spostamenti. Io ho approfittato di un'offerta, ma per onestà devo ammettere che a prezzo pieno si può trovare qualcosa di meglio

Struttura vintage, ma eravamo consapevoli. Hanno compensato la disponibilità e gentilezza dell'host. Posizione strategica per il nostro itinerario

Servirebbe una migliore pulizia (ventilatori rotti, bicchieri con polvere sopra, asciugamani sporchi, moquette sporca, finestre rotte)….colazione al buffet misera per il prezzo richiesto

Accoglienza e simpatia come in casa. Le brioches sono spettacolari. Grazie mille a tutto lo staff.

Piacevole residenza. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Struttura con i suoi anni, ma ben tenuta e confortevole. Comodissimo se si deve usufruire dell'aeroporto.
