Check in was really easy as it was online which then gave you access to an app with the front door of the building entry code and apartment door code (with the easy option of sliding a button in the app to unlock instead of manually entering the code. Apartment was clean and well equipped and generally quiet. Close to Barcelona Sants railway station and also metro stations. Also close to a Lidl supermarket.

The apartment is no front desk service. It is a little difficult to entry at first. After then (once we got code), everything is fine. The apartment is large enough for whole family up to 6 people. We have what we need and like to stay. Thanks for the service. Jim

This place was great, excellent location, very close to the Barcelona Sants train station and a short walk to the excellent subway system entrance. The area around the apartment was nice, lots of restaurants and shops but not many tourists in this area, which was nice. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and even had a washer and dryer. Bring some laundrey soap pods, they give you one but having some extra for additional loads is nice. We were on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The Wi-Fi worked well, but don’t expect anything in English on the TV. Our only tiny complaint was the lock on the apartment door. It requires inputting a code, and if you don’t press the buttons in a certain way, the thing goes haywire and locks up. We figured out the technique after a while though. Overall an excellent place and I would stay there again.

Nice kitchen/living area, and great patio. Spiral staircase was a little difficult to navigate with heavy luggage but otherwise just perfect.

Close to lots of interesting places to see

We stayed here because of the location to the train station, it was only a few minutes walk which was great. Nice quite area and really easy to get into the property. The instructions we were given were great and easy to understand. The property had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a kitchen to make food and we had everything we needed. Brilliant appartment just a few minutes walk from main station and metro. Sants - the area - is great. Coffee shops, bars etc... Placa Riejo is just round the corner and great for drinks/ tapas. Apartment lovely.

The property was well located and clean and well appointed with large fridge microwave toaster washing machine and dryer. It was easy to access and the lift to the second floor made life easy. The local square at the end of the street was very pleasant in the evenings. The only downside was that the air conditioning was very inefficient and the unit would be very hot on summer nights, no fan.

Cozy, cute, clean and efficient apartment mere steps from the Sants Train Station but yet off the main road easily accessible by a ramp. The building has a lift large enough for two adults and two large suitcases. Nice "local" type neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Kitchen completely outfitted including washer and dryer. Good wi-fi. No exhaust in main bathroom with large shower. Did not use the tiny shower in the 2nd bathroom. We used the 2nd bedroom which had bunk beds for our suitcases. Secure building. Easy check-in. Property Manager met us at the apartment minutes before 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, (when our train arrived.) Fabulous customer service.

Good location. Quiet. Easy access to mainline trains and Metro. Good Wi-Fi. Good range of cooking equipment. Apartment needs some maintenance as some parts looking dated and worn. Needs a larger telephone and better satellite signal.

It is a clean, comfortable apartment in a convenient area. I would stay again.

We arrived around 9:45pm and we informed th hotel our arrival time but we had to wait outside building more than 10mins. The building does not have a sign and no entry. It is a littile hard to find at night. The smoking is not allowed but the elevaltor hall connected with the stair case has smoking smell all the time. It needs to be ventilated often. The room has all functions but most of them are old. The cleaniness was not bad but you need to pay for the clean service. The city fee is additonal for per person and per a night.

The property was located close to the main train station and main shopping street. The restaurant across the street was fantastic also. We could hop on the tourist bus easily too. The communication regarding our arrival was also a positive. The apartment had a washer and drier, which was a bonus. However, the room that we were given did not match what appeared on the booking site.

It includes everything just like your home, good for someone who will cook during journey. A bit far from place of interest, but it near train and metro station, so it is still very convenience.

too small for 4 people. bathroom shower only had shower curtain so floor was flooded every time it was used.en-suite bathroom was better. bedroom was small with limited space around the bed. location was good for sants station with a choice of bars and restaurants.

Great location if you want to be close to Barcelona Sants. I love that they have washer and dryer machine in the unit. It's really helpful when you have a long journey and have limited clothes. I also love that they have a kitchen so I can cook my own food which saves me a lot of money. Be mindful when checking in as they don't have 24 hours reception. If you arrive late after 9PM, they will charge you 25€. I should've read their fine prints before booking my flight. There are a couple of issues in the unit, like AC not turning on and an electric outage. I contacted their emergency number and the staff was really helpful and quick at solving the problems. One downside I feel about the apartment is I think the room is quite dusty. I could tell because I'm sensitive to dust. Otherwise, overall my experience staying at this apartment was great.

Great location and clean units. Close to restaurants and safe. Will stay here again next time I am in Barcelona.
