Clean rooms nice staff and placed at the right spot..walking distance from all the rocks and all

Excelĺent front-of-house staff. Very helpful people. Hotel well- situated between the bus and rail stations and the main square. Quiet. Well worth staying here as a tourist base.

Nice place, close to what you want to see. Very good breakfast. Wifi so so.

A little dated but has a nice glass-enclosed dining area. Breakfast buffet has great variety. I would say it's more of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel but the location is excellent. A 4-star hotel should provide body lotion in the bathroom. The bar of soap was tiny.

Great location and service

Traditional hotel with parking, ideally placed for exploring sassi. Communal areas could do with updating but rooms have all mod cons. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable hotel just outside the historical area. Easy access and parking if you are driving. Friendly staff.

Location was great, however, the room was very small and had plumbing issue. In addition, the front desk staff were not professional and welcoming.

I really don’t think this is a four star hotel. They advertise air conditioning but that’s a lie - they refuse to enable it. If it had been any hotter the room would have been unbearable. Big deal breaker. On the positive side - breakfast spread was pretty good - staff were helpful and aided us in setting up a tuk tuk tour - location is great, right next to the Sassi

Perfect location to historical sites. Modern. Clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. More amenities would be nice however I would stay there again. Great continental breakfast.
