The staff were incredibly helpful, from finding us places to visit, to answering all sorts of questions. The room was clean, beautiful, and very functional. The breakfast was delicious too!

Nice small room. Climate control, gym size and desire to extend stay even one hour were the only negatives.

Very spacious, well equipped bedrooms but our room was dark with windows only looking onto a small outside space within the building footprint. There is very limited communal space at the hotel. We had booked a taxi through the hotel to meet us at the airport but it never came and we had to sort ourselves out; we were fortunate late at night to be able to find the one remaining available taxi.

This was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in our world travels so far. The staff was very professional, courteous and attentive to our every concern. We never waited long when emailing them a single inquiry. They provided personal transport from the airport to their hotel upon our arrival as well as transfer back to the airport on our day of departure. The driver was highly professional, helpful with our luggage and accommodating. The entire hotel--particularly the rooms we reserved--was very clean, well-ventilated and orderly. Bedding, restroom, floor, mirrors and even television were all clean. They helped us with our many luggage bags, safely stored them before our room was ready and had their transport service at the ready the moment we had our early morning checkout at 4:00am. The breakfast bar was plentiful: breads, pastries, fresh meats, a wide selection of juices and fresh-made espresso from the bar. We have never met a friendlier, more professional hotel staff than that of Victoria Letterario. They made our introduction into Italy a most-welcome and stress-free one. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone booking a trip to Trieste, Italy.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a fabulous canopied king bed, a sofa, desk. Bathroom had double sinks, jacuzzi tub, bidet. We didn't have their breakfast but it looked wonderful. If I'm ever back in Trieste, I wouldn't consider any other hotel.

The location is just off the tourist zone… lots of restaurants,services in the area. Prices are better as not water front uncharged. Javon,Sara and more staff were just lovely. Made reservations , helped with cabs and anything we asked-never a problem or imposition. Our Superior Room was beautifully detailed. Next visit we will get a true window view… no matter as we were out all day. Thank you to the staff for a fun, relaxing stay.You can be proud of a classic, well appointed Hotel that is welcoming & warm. Grazie Mille!

Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Staff was helpful & friendly & spoke English well. The room was a corner room, it was beautiful & decorated lovely. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available for purchase $14 eu pp. we did not eat but our friends did & said it was delicious & worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel for value, beauty & convenience to cruise port.

We recently had a 2 night stay in Trieste and cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We arrived before check-in and even though I made an error on the reservation necessitating a room change, staff found as a room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Nearby parking structure was easy to access and the discounted rate for hotel guests was significant. (ditch your car in Trieste!) Great breakfast and an easy walk to the historic downtown and waterfront.

Very convenient location. Very clean facilities Staff very helpful and available. It is also the kind of hotel I like, old, historic place but very well maintained. I recommend the hotel.

Nicely appointed hotel and courteous staff. Central location is walkable to key points of interest. Parking is an issue. HVAC did not respond to controls. Otherwise, a keeper.

Hotel very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a good breakfast buffet each morning. Hotel was convenient for walking to the main attractions in centre.

Everywhere very clean, loved the bathrooms and big sinks. Building has lots of history. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good and location of the hotel is very central. Lots of cafes near by. We went for the classic room as we weren't going to be out exploring every day. It was quite dark as it was in a corner looking into a wall. This actually worked to my advantage as I normal wake at 5:30am in the morning, even with a mask, but the room was so dark I slept most mornings until 8am! Bed was also very comfy. I'd stay here again. This room is really good value if you're not spending any time in it but if you like to hang out in the room then maybe upgrade to the next level. Overall very happy with our stay.

Stayed here overnight and could have happily stayed longer. A beautiful hotel, well situated for exploring Trieste. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with a lovely choice of fresh breakfast items in the morning.
