Great location in the heart of the city. Staff was welcoming and facilities were very nice. Older guests should be aware though that there is no lift and you may end up carrying your luggage up and down three flights of stairs.

Front desk was so friendly and nice, unlike Barcelona hotels. The location is so close to the Main Street where there are many restaurants and main attractions. Great hotel

NO elevator....which I did read on the reviews But didn't know exactly many flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Could live with that. Found out in morning there was no hot water. Reported to front desk. They let us take a shower in the room next door. Came back that night and still no hot water but could not use another room Next day moved us. Bigger room..nice but hot water lasted less than a minute. They did comp us for one night. Would not go back

For a hostal this place was very comfortable, safe, clean and well located. Reception was very friendly and communicative.

Great location! Right next to the Gran Via. A very basic but clean hostel. Also very secure. I’d stay there in the future.
