all good just the hotel is situated in capital city of Slovakia and TV in the room play only 3 slovak stations and all the rest in german or another languages. it’s a shame

Central location, close to multiple bus lines and trams. Walking distance to the old town.

Barbara was really sweet and helpful.

Room was large in size with a king size bed. Property is modern and has a decent location in old town. Showers do spray water all over the floor so just be prepared. We did have to adjust our stay and front desk said there was no way to get a refund on the nights we would not be staying but Expedia was quickly able to refund us with no issues using the virtual chat. Overall happy with stay.

The temperature in our room was way to high and the air conditioning was out of order. The beds were clean and well done but the matrasses way to hard.

This hotel is good choice for city trip. It is very clean,located in the old city! Everithing is perfect!

Nice hotel and a pleasant stay

Short visit for two nights. Arrived by train from Vienna. The station was a 15-20 mins walk. Hotel is not far from old town. Staff were nice. There was an ability to buy snacks and drinks from the bar area to take up to your room but it was also not far to find small supermarkets etc.

Good size room, helpful staff and large choice of food at breakfast. Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight.

Excellent. Just a bit noisy due to construction work (temporarily).

Clean room, good breakfast and magic club Sandwich

The hotel has major constructions going on - no warnings when booking. Impossible to speak in large part of the day in half of the hotel. In addition; no rooms with aircon. I had 27degrees C at 4am in my room, despite open window (can’t be opened more then a few cm) I got one day with free breakfast as a compensation…

The check in was nice, feeling you are welcome to the hotel. They was open it was some work in the building beside from 10 in the morning so no surprice. Room was clean every day. Nice location, only 5 min walk to the restaurant and shopping area. All in all a nice hotel

It was the worst stay I have ever experienced in my 30 years of traveling around the world. This stay was a total disaster. LOUD Construction work every day. It was impossible to be at the hotel and in the room. Even on Saturday. I have video with the noise. The hotel should have been closed!!!!! Also the temperature in the room was 25-26 degrees all day and night. Not possible to lower the temperature. Window was open all the time but did not help. Complained to the hotel crew. Did nothing about it. I want my money back!!!!

The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choice. Air conditioning would’ve been good though because the room was warm. But not on until April. However, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

good location. clean room. and also the hotel has connecting room if you are a family, you feel convenient.
