Served its purpose for a two night stay in Welland for a golf tournament

Someone next room was singing till 2:00AM, when you sit the toilet my knees was hitting the sink, check in took more than 30 minutes, besides that, excellent price, free parking, nice young staff try to help you, place was very clean, I like their cafeteria 24/7 self serving. I might stay again…

It’s a nice cheaper place to stay while in the area. I would recommend you bring your own pillows and a mattress topper. The beds were just awful. I had to go buy a mattress topper just for comfort. The bed was too firm and my back hurt after the first night.

Only minor issue I had was one of the room keys needed reset twice. Staff was super friendly and able to fix it no problem. Even when locked out at 12:30AM

it a modest and well maintained facility that met our needs. it just felt like a little home. The environment was beautiful and quiet which makes personal retreat a goal.

Great bang for your buck. The residence is clean but the room had an off smell. It had lots of room and having a full fridge and microwave was convenient. It is nothing fancy so if you are looking for a place to rest then its perfect. Staff was lovely and accomodating.

This was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price compared to Niagara Falls hotels. We came for a soccer tourney in Niagara falls and this place was just 25m away. These are actually Niagara College residences but are well kept and clean. The suite was spacious.

Overall, this place is excellent!

College dorms in school session and hotel out of season. Barebones but worked perfect. Even though it is listed, there is no free breakfast

It's a very nice and clean place if you need to stay overnight. They don't provide much service for you. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked fine and the room was quiet. That was basically all we needed

We went for a sport's tournament and found this place last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. It is definitely an old dorm feel and a little on the dark side. However, the service was outstanding, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean despite the age. It was the most cost efficient place around.

I had not realized it was also a college dorm when I was searching, the lot access or more to the point exiting is lacking, a tour bus for whatever reason parked at the entrance and blocked the only way in and out, an exit only would be handy for those moments, let alone some signage for buses to drop off from an adjacent lot nearby, also signage to indicate this is in fact the place, I followed Waze and didn't note anything that indicated this was in fact the location. Staff behind the counter was helpful, I was astonished there were no paper towels or napkins that could be from my south of the border biased expectations as this was my first time to Canada.
