Check in process was smooth and fast. Location is very close to the airport with free shuttle bus provided. Room was clean with view to the runway. Nice pool and jacuzzi as well.

Stay here for my first time in Melbourne. If you want to stay near the airport, this is the hotel; however, there is not much restaurant near the hotel.

Twin room was clean and spacious. And the airport shuttle was very helpful. Advise to get a clear instruction on how to get to the shuttle from airport before travel if you do not have roaming. If only they can provide earlier check in would be fantastic as we were told that our room was not ready till 2pm and we reach hotel at about 9am. However luggage storage is available.

Clean room, nice staff, near airport. Need a bathtub for woman and small carpet in restroom

Spacious rooms and very friendly reception staff.

Hotel is very comfortable and customer service is humble.
