Room was fine but the card key was always a problem.

Good spot for one night stay on arrival.

The room is dated with water stain’s throughout. The chair was also full of rust.

Despite being right across from the bus terminal the hotel was very quite. Great location. The room was a bit small but the gardens and pool made up for it. A great place for arrivals.

Room was old style but in good condition. Staff was friendly helpful. Breakfast was very good.

It was clean and in good shape. Love that it’s close to the ADO

We normally stay there as it is near bus station.

Amenities are really in bad condition, rusty lamps, really bad towels, staff is not rude, but not nice either!

Great location. just cross the ado bus terminal, friendly staff. dislike the bathroom.

Very bad service

I got bed bug bites from the bed. Our room key was not working the entire trip and they told us their key card activator machine was not working so anytime we left the room we had to wait in line in the lobby then ask for us to be let into our room. Staff was friendly and restaurant food was great but the bed bug bites and room key were so inconvenient!

Convenient to bus terminal..

Not what a lot of Americans demand but we love it. Clean enough, great location.

Room was clean, but the hotel needs to be updated and repaired.

Cool hotel, was there on new years eve so it was quite busy but the room was nice enough, smart tv, comfy bed, fine for the price!

Right across from central bus station. Pleasant staff. Pool fairly clean and beautiful. Room just ok but there was a musty smell. Bathroom lacked privacy and the toilet leaked so the floor was wet.

Very close to the bus terminal, so the location was very convenient. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Decent breakfast. Our rooms had a lot of black stains in the corners. Also, the bathrooms are only separated from the rooms by a sliding glass door, so there is not a lot of privacy from your travel companions.

The room was clean. It was nice to get a room on the main floor for a change (no elevators). Staff were very nice as usual. Beautiful grounds around the pool. Comfortable beds, good food. The big thing is it's right across the street from the ADO bus station. Off to Merida we went!

Underwhelming hotel across a plaza from bus station. Served its purpose.
