A lovely hotel with good staff and food is amazing. My only grumble would be that the room was too hot with no AC.

This is our 7th time staying at the Dean Park. Disappointing this time as there was no soap bars, tissues, conditioner or coffee machine. Have always had this before. Only one set of towels for 2 people and although the room is comfortable it was much smaller than we have had in the past. When speaking to reception we were told the computer chooses the rooms and that they stopped all of the above items as people wete stealing them! The bottles are very small and could only be used once so not sure why they stopped supplying them. A shame, just a small thing but those things made this hotel special.

The room was clean, smart tv in room, staff very helpful, there is a safe an ironing board as well as a hairdryer also plenty of parking. The only faults were the room was always warm that's with radiator turned off, the cold water tap at sink was just a trickle but hot water flowed well, the shower was hot or hotter no cold, there is a small fridge inside a cupboard at dressing table which makes the top warm and the noise from kitchen extractor fan very noisy at times we had to leave our window open for cool air.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location was great with shops nearby and parking was free.

The hotel looks like new! Beautiful decor, friendly staff, great breakfast. I just wish that inconsiderate guests would use the smoking hut which is 20 feet away instead of creating plumes of smoke right outside the entrance. Perhaps some signs may encourage them?

Had a great stay at Dean Park. Hotel is lovely and very clean. The food was great. The best thing though is the staff. Every staff member we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them ✨️

I love this hotel. It's always clean, well maintained and all the staff that I have come into contact with have been polite and very easy to interact with. The food has always been exemplary. I have a project starting in Kirkcaldy very soon, for an eight week duration, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Property is warm and staff were friendly. Had 1 meal at the hotel, was OK but nothing outstanding. Issues with all of the electric vehicle chargers need to be sorted out, number of vehicles could not charge due to chargers being out of use.

I honestly wasn't expecting such a lovely hotel. Our Air BnB fell through (no heat nor hot water), and I was able to snag a solo room last-minute. Room, staff, dinner, and breakfast were all lovely. Even though a wedding was going on in one of the function rooms, the staff kept churning out superior service. Such a gem. Highly recommend!
