I stay at deans park hotel every time I travel for work never had bad experiences experience food great staff friendly

I love this hotel. It's always clean, well maintained and all the staff that I have come into contact with have been polite and very easy to interact with. The food has always been exemplary. I have a project starting in Kirkcaldy very soon, for an eight week duration, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Property is warm and staff were friendly. Had 1 meal at the hotel, was OK but nothing outstanding. Issues with all of the electric vehicle chargers need to be sorted out, number of vehicles could not charge due to chargers being out of use.

I honestly wasn't expecting such a lovely hotel. Our Air BnB fell through (no heat nor hot water), and I was able to snag a solo room last-minute. Room, staff, dinner, and breakfast were all lovely. Even though a wedding was going on in one of the function rooms, the staff kept churning out superior service. Such a gem. Highly recommend!

Stay here regularly. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded ones aren’t as nice to be honest

Everyone had been very helpful, polite - giving such a welcoming vibe If not for the distance from the airport I would give it a higher score - more ideal for those who drive -as buses and train takes time and might have difficulty travelling with luggages Long wait for Uber - taxis available but perhaps minimum wait of 15-20 mins Plan your trip well 😉

single room was good size and had all the amenities you would expect. Might be useful to take an eye mask if you are a light sleeper. The lights from the car park are very strong. Breakfast was as substantial as you would want it and all tasted good. The staff were very helpful

Staff were outstanding every request catered to with perfection and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were immaculate very modern and nice personal touches. Ross events manager went above and beyond to cater to our requirements

Have visited the hotel many times for events but never stayed over before. It was lovely as I expected. Attended a wedding and it was a wonderful venue. Staff as always were very helpful and really pleasant. Would absolutely recommend for overnight / dining / events

Lovely hotel. Room & bathroom spotless . Bed linen crisp and fresh. Bed very comfy. Staff polite but abit aloof. Reception girl with bright blue hair was efficient but but not overly friendly.

Great hotel, always kept clean and in great condition. Rooms great and beds comfortable Reception staff always friendly and helpful Bar staff can be slow to serve but friendly

Stay well clear of the lower number rooms mine smelt of mold and sewers really over powering. I woke up at 4am i only managed to sleep thanks to alcohol. Really late check in and still not in by 2:40 so if you have places to be at 3pm like i did (funeral) then think again.
