Very disappointing stay. Housekeeping was superficial at best. Glasses were not replaced or cleaned daily, and basic items often had to be requested from the kitchen or bell staff instead of being provided routinely. Even more concerning, items disappeared from our room and were never returned after being reported. We also found black mold on the showerhead, which was clearly not being cleaned properly. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room. After the missing items were discovered, the front desk was instructed not to allow housekeeping to enter our room anymore. Despite this, staff continued entering our room daily even after being told not to, which was unacceptable and invasive. The hotel is old, dated, and in desperate need of renovation. The condition of the property was nowhere near what was advertised online. Overall, poor service, poor maintenance, questionable cleanliness, and a frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel

The room was very smelly, tv was very small, the internet was very weak and constantly interrupted. The bed was very hard and the AC was not working. We checked in and immediately checked out.

Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Couldn’t avoid sewage smell even after switching rooms. Odor strength varied throughout stay. Certain rooms were being upgraded or repaired. Often was a chemical smell which would enter the room; we placed items at bottom of door to limit the smell. Furniture in other rooms was moved at 0100-0130 one night. Didn’t try the restaurant.

Great location. It was clean and spacious for a reasonable price.

For a suite, the room was average and did not meet expectations. The reception staff on both days were not very welcoming and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Overall, the customer service felt indifferent and could have been much more hospitable

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. Many attractions and amenities were within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable.

The location it’s perfect

Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.

The building shakes. Like an earthquake. Every day its shakes. I wonder if the Metro runs under.

Friendly and helpful staffs. But the hotel is aged with lots of amenities outdated. The suite room is not well equipped and would not recommend for future guests.
