This hotel is located in a very convenient area and provides a great city experience. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as nearby laundromats, which is helpful since the property does not offer laundry service. One of the highlights of the location is the beautiful park directly across the street. There is also a city tram just around the block that can take you downtown in minutes. For those planning day trips, the train station is only about a mile away and provides easy access to places like Monaco for a very reasonable fare. Be aware that the trains are popular and can be standing-room-only during busy times, although the ride itself is fairly short. The hotel lobby is charming and welcoming, the breakfast offered each morning was quite good, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the guest rooms were the weakest part of the experience. They felt more like an older motel than a modern hotel. The rooms were very small, with barely enough space to move around the beds comfortably. While the bathrooms featured attractive artistic tile work and were visually appealing, they were also quite compact. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, no ironing boards available, and the carpeting throughout the room felt dated and not what I typically expect from a hotel. This is a very romantic building. Every corner that you see it is art hanging on the walls. I get amazed with the variety of food at the breakfast. Staff were so polite and awesome. 100% recommended.

Great place and easy to get around with friendly staff.

We complained that there was no bathplug (my wife enjoys bathing) or shower curtain, resulting in the bathroom floor being slippery. There was a stain on the carpet. We were not shown an alternative room. I asked for a quiet room, and we were told that 'all rooms are quiet'. We were then woken by the heavy traffic outside at night. The room was dirty, with poor decor. I don't think I would force a prisoner or a homeless person to stay in this room. Disgusting,

Rooms were comfortable, staff spoke English and were very friendly! I especially loved the bathroom in 403 as it was very spacious and well0lit. I very much enjoyed my stay even thought it was super short. I wish I stayed longer!

This was a good hotel. For the price 5 out of 5. Great location. Walk to beach, train station although a bit of a hike maybe 2 miles. From there you can go to Monaco or Cannes or Marseille or Lyon. Just a 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Literally hundreds of them. Enjoy the beach. Everything in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to rate all for excellent, we stayed 3 nights 4 days the receptionists were very nice & friendly. They advised all information to us. We tried the breakfast have pretty good & I recommended to our friends. On the check-out morning it wasn't enough food for the customers, no refill for bread, cold cut, fruits etc. not provide scramble eggs?? until we asked to bring some raw eggs on the table. We have already to pre-order 1 day ahead for our breakfast with the reception. Other Big problem & I'm so embarrass because I high recommended to our friends...??!!
