Perfect little hotel. The only one suggestions would be to replace the carpet in the rooms with tile. Location great, people great, especially the girl at the desk.

Great place and easy to get around with friendly staff.

We complained that there was no bathplug (my wife enjoys bathing) or shower curtain, resulting in the bathroom floor being slippery. There was a stain on the carpet. We were not shown an alternative room. I asked for a quiet room, and we were told that 'all rooms are quiet'. We were then woken by the heavy traffic outside at night. The room was dirty, with poor decor. I don't think I would force a prisoner or a homeless person to stay in this room. Disgusting,

My experience was excellent, they are friendly and help you if you have any question and it is clean.

Hygiene and safety levels were poor, specially in the bathrooms - changing rooms didn’t help; all the same!

Rooms were comfortable, staff spoke English and were very friendly! I especially loved the bathroom in 403 as it was very spacious and well0lit. I very much enjoyed my stay even thought it was super short. I wish I stayed longer!

This was a good hotel. For the price 5 out of 5. Great location. Walk to beach, train station although a bit of a hike maybe 2 miles. From there you can go to Monaco or Cannes or Marseille or Lyon. Just a 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Literally hundreds of them. Enjoy the beach. Everything in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to rate all for excellent, we stayed 3 nights 4 days the receptionists were very nice & friendly. They advised all information to us. We tried the breakfast have pretty good & I recommended to our friends. On the check-out morning it wasn't enough food for the customers, no refill for bread, cold cut, fruits etc. not provide scramble eggs?? until we asked to bring some raw eggs on the table. We have already to pre-order 1 day ahead for our breakfast with the reception. Other Big problem & I'm so embarrass because I high recommended to our friends...??!!

Location is convenient; there is construction nearby but is quiet during night; staff are friendly

Positive: close to tramway station. Very nice staff. Nice sitting area in the lobby and free hot drink. Negative: bad smell in the room specially when turned on the air conditioner. The lift doors between floors so you have to walk up or down few stairs. Internet connection would automatically log out every now and then.

The staff were very helpful and recommended some awesome restaurants in the area.

I stayed here because I was attending a conference at the center across the street. I would think this would be a good business hotel because its not in the tourist area and by the conference center. It was awful! Not good amenities, dated rooms, not very clean, poor internet, AC didn't work well, ONE ironing board in the entire hotel you had to wait in line to use at the reception desk. I would definitely not stay here again.
