The location is close to Ueno Station Bridge, which has escalator and elevator access. It's quite convenient for carrying large suitcases. The room is spacious enough to open and store luggage. The staff speaks Indonesian.

I booked the standard double room which turned out quite packed for 2 persons. But I don't complain about that because I think that's quite similar to another business hotel in Tokyo. But they provide amenities, and even a sleep gown like a kimono. The location is very near Ueno Station. You can go there by walk in a short distance. There are also 2 convenience stores nearby, and plenty of restaurants. So if you are looking for a hotel with a good location and spend most of your day outside, I'd like to recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. I emailed the hotel several times to inquire about luggage delivery and other things, and the responses were very prompt and informative. The location was perfect in my opinion, as it's just a few meters from the escalator to Ueno Station. It's close to the As Salam Mosque and many halal restaurants. It's also close to Ameyoko Market. The room was so-so, and the price was standard Tokyo fare. But it was clean. Some of the staff spoke a little Indonesian, and they gave us directions to Ueno Kesei Station. We also sent our luggage earlier than check-in and kept it with the hotel.

Staying at this hotel for 4 nights is worth the price. Location : JR - Ueno station, walk to Iriya gate and exit through the Panda Bridge exit. Turn right and meet the school. You can leave your luggage before and after your stay. The school will give us a luggage deposit card. Room: The room and bathroom are clean. There is a tooth brushing device.
