Room didn’t come with a mini fridge or mini bar, even though they charge for incidentals and put a hold on your card. We were told at check in that our room did have these things, staff often seemed confused and didn’t know much about their hotel.

So clean, very relaxing quiet peaceful space. Amazing leisure facilities, and a swimming lake walking distance. Easiest parking, kind staff and good food

The staff were really wonderful! Super helpful and friendly and accomodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We werent aware there was a spa. And the bar area in the lobby is so lovely and has some private areas to sit and chat. There were nice vegan options in their breakfst buffet. Recommend this place and we would come back.

It was amazing, but I was not happy NOT to have fridge and kettle in the room.

Amazing. Dimitri at check in was so friendly and helpful. Andrea at check out was very nice. From the rooms to the gym and pool were so relaxing and so welcoming.

It was very quiet, clean, housekeeping came in daily and the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, spoke very good English and were helpful.

Check-in staff were very helpful/friendly, but their directions to parking and Tower 2 rooms was confusing (quite a long walk from reception to Tower 2. Wish we had more time to use the pool and tennis courts. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Too many guests on peak day and out of bathrobes supply for guest Swimming pool size is a bit small and the water is cold Less food selection breakfast Very limited parking space. Guest need to park the car at the Supermarket car park

Staff were helpful (in English) giving advice on navigating local buses to get to trains etc which was valuable given we’d never been in Munich before. Room was just as advertised - no problems to speak of.

Easy train journey from airport then bus or 12 min walk. Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful, Spa excellent and gym had good equipment, overall an excellent stay.
