Terrible

Staff very courteous, rooms as I expected

Very basic but good location and comfortable.

We loved the large room. Also, being able to have our dog was a help. We stayed on our way and back from our vacation. We would stay again.

Power went out when blow dryer and A/C plugged in but staff was not familiar with how to flip breaker. Smelled like old smoking room. 4 people in room with 1 bottle shampoo and couple towels. Needed to go to front desk few times for necessities. Parking stalls meant for small cars. Not ideal for trucks

The rooms smell like cigarettes, it’s dirty and when I had a shower the smoke alarm went on gf while showering. The over powering smell of air freshener to mask the smell is disgusting. Tried to use the air conditioner but it was so loud I couldn’t use it. Weird smell coming out of that as well the hallway I had to walk down is not lit up at all and I was stuck in the back corner of the hotel a little sketchy for a women to be alone walking

3rd floor no elevator.

I had booked 5 rooms for my team for a tournament up in Kamloops about a month or so before, maybe earlier. I all of a sudden get a call on the Monday of the week we leave ( for the September long weekend ) saying that they had to cancel all the rooms except one due to a flood in the rooms. I show up Thursday for check-in for our one room and ask the front desk how repairs are going, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Soon to be found out later, that the rooms were all sold out and there were no rooms damaged. This put 6 of my players out of accommodation days before a long weekend. I will be escalating this for sure.

Very nice place, jacuzzi room was amazing, staff was great. Would definitely stay there again!

I really appreciate the front desk staff spraying some air freshener in our room after I told them is smelled heavily of cigarettes, the air freshener / neutralizer they used worked wonders I appreciate that

Dirty, poor temperature control, poor overall condition.

We just stayed one night. as soon as we open the door we felt a bad smell in the room , even the bed sheets were smelling.

Clean. Quiet. Large room. Good size fridge. Table and chairs. Good price.
