Service in Gold lounge very slow and inconsistant.

Incredible atmosphere—you could easily stay and enjoy everything without ever leaving the hotel. The music and bar create a great vibe, the sushi (especially the raw selections) is delicious, and the staff is truly wonderful.

Excellent experience! Looking forward to my return and enjoying the gym facilities, spa and beautiful space.

Art collection is great!

Lovely property with high standards. We had a great experience with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our family. Thank you Chloe and everyone for making us feel so welcome! Great heated pool and hot tub with a resort like vibe, highly recommend. We also loved the gym but it can get busy. Room was very comfortable and we loved the extra large bathroom. And we had our dog with us and they made sure to give him his own bed and food/water dishes, along with a bag of treats (we appreciate the thoughtfulness). Fabulous location for proximity to everything. Our only con is the price of parking, which we found to be quite expensive, but necessary. We highly recommend and hope to return next time we visit Vancouver.

I didn’t like the staff behavior

Staff are wonderful from check into check out. Amenities were great. Had a lovely time there. I would recommend this location.

The lobby was always lively and the pianists/vocalists were talented. We enjoyed the decor in the Botanist dining room and the perks of the gold lounge. There were many extras in our room such as a smart toilet, an essential oil diffuser, eucalyptus spray for the shower, a Dyson hair dryer, a garment steamer, and spare charging cables. The view of the snow capped mountains from our room on the 20th floor was amazing. Our only complaints would be that the bed had high and low spots and the room lighting system was not able to be personalized, for instance you have all lights on or all lights off.

Clean rooms, superb facility, outstanding staff and customer service. The spa is excellent. All amenities are great. Live music in the lobby bar area. Room service is great. The food was also great. Will definitely be coming back to Fairmont.
