Outstanding

Our family spent 5 days including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here and had a wonderful time. Great property offering great service, food, and amenities. Pricey but great memories were made here so worth it for us.

Breakfast room was closed,so had to eat in downstairs bar and eat off low coffee tables while staff were vacuuming tcarpets alongside

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, clean, friendly staff and the room has a lot of tech features

Amazing check in. Easy valet parking. The nicest hotel in vancouver by far. ofuro room was amazing.

Everything was perfect

Check in was terrible - 3.00pm check in and room not available for 1.5 hours due to housecleaning staff shortage. No excuse for this and no offer of compensation or anything. This was for two rooms…

The staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to be friendly and engaging.

It was very average, room was dated the harbour view was of another office building for the price it’s overrated and recommend looking around at other options. Wouldn’t stay there again.
