Overall is good.

Except for the quality of breakfast, everything else was perfect .

Beds were comfy. Shower was spacious. Breakfast wasnt anything special, usual continental with scrambled eggs, sausage links and waffle makers. English muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Coffee was good also 👍

Breakfast okay. Staying for multiple Days and having limited options that were the exact same became a little repetitive. Served its purpose but nice to have variety or change up Menu for price being paid. Our room had sticky residue all Over the desk when we checked in and the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept prior to our arrival. The flooring in our room was damaged and the carpet frayed for being a newer hotel. Couldn’t use the hide a bed because it was too uncomfortable (even for a light 9 year old). The television colour wasn’t great. Seemed very grainy and washed out. Pool seemed dirty (cloudy water)…it was in very high use as we were there during what seems to be at same time as multiple girls baseball/softball teams and boys teams staying there. Girls team was running up and down halls having nerf dart game leaving foam darts all Over the hallway where they shot them. Okay hotel overall. Beds comfy, size room. Great, good location, Not worth the premium price/not greatest value.

Our Supervisor stayed here for the provincial event they attended and they said everything was great, no complaints.

2-day stay: Our 2 queen bed was in two separate rooms and actually had a king on the other room. There was also a sofa bed, so very spacious and clean. Each room with a TV. Free breakfast is always a bonus and lots of choices. Didn’t find time to check the waterslide, hot tub & pool. Too tired. Highly recommended.

2nd time here at this property. Comfy bed, good breakfast,loved the pool & hot tub & perfect location. Hotel stuffs were nice & accommodating. Will highly recommend.

Breakfast was not good at all!! Fake scrambled eggs. Very messily presented! Tiny cups for coffee. Very plain breakfast. Like a continental breakfast. Disappointed. If they say they serve a great breakfast, that’s definitely false advertising

Huge room, very clean, great pool, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly. Location was central. Rooms were very clean. Pool was smaller than anticipated but everything else was excellent.

Always a good stay at this location. Friendly staff, clean facility. I like staying here whenever I visit Kelowna.

Breakfast was great they have big rooms for queen size bed.

No towels at the pool. Breakfast was cold. Hotel was noisy. A lot if kids running around and screaming.
