Really far out of town, not much in the way of shops or placrs to eat. That left us hotel only facilities. These were nice.

Great staff above and beyond. The hotel is a bit far off from the center.

Great stay & location.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms. Beds are super comfortable. Easy parking but make sure to understand well how the parking ticket management works so you don’t get in trouble. Surrounding area is not good but downtown Leon is less than 10 minutes away (Driving)

It was perfect, spacious room and friendly staff. Room service was quick with very good pricing.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and well designed for adults and invalids. Great beds and fantastically clean. However, if you ride a motorcycle you either have to pay €9 or park at the hospital.

2009 hotel, big room and bathroom, clean & quiet. Free parking outside difficult to find. Located at out the city next to an hospital.

Dont understand whyexpedia suggested it. Very out of the way from Leon, right next to big hospital. Seemed like we were in a hospital facility for family. Air conditioner did not work. Staff was helpful.

Hotel is being advertised as 4 star but it's 2 at best. I stayed in a superior double room with my partner and daughter. Room was large and so was the bathroom. There was a separate bath and shower so I decided to give a bath to my daughter. The water running from the tap was yellow... There were no toiletries aside from large bottles attached in the shower and by the sink. The one in the shower was a hand wash. Beds were not very comfortable and the sofa bed was hard as a rock. My partners bed was wobbly and it was hard to put them together as they were sliding easily on the floor. There was an armchair in the room which should be replaced as it sagged completely and I also found food in it left by the previous occupants. On top of that parking is very confusing, there are multiple lifts and staircases and some of them only go to the reception and some to rooms. There is no microwave available in rooms or lobby, only one in the staff room, the receptionist was happy for us to use it but there were no cutleries available. No kettle in the room either, only coffee machine in the lobby. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Good check-in, staff spoke french and made it easy. Beautiful room. Stunning bathroom. Good wifi. Breakfast was served off-site in a cafe 'nextdoor' and a little disappointing.

Stopover in león. just a 30 min walk to Cathedral. The rooms are huge and very well appointed. There is paid parking if required. Only drawback was that the water, even at its hottest level was not very hot. The price was incredibly good value for a 4star property.

No restaurant, only a canteen that was also used by the hospital. Very little choice. Breakfast was a piece of toast and a coffee. Pathetic! Charged us the same price for each motorcycle as a car, even though 4 can fit in one place. Took nearly an hour to check in and get the bikes parked to their satisfaction.

Great value for money. Hotel located next to the hospital ( so ideal if visiting someone or have appointments at the hospital). 10min drive into Leon Cathedral or the centre. Hotel is clean, spacious and modern. Cafeteria food was pleasant and reasonably priced

Overall stay was good, used it just for 1 night during the travel by car from Portugal to Spain. Underground paid parking was especially useful and reasonably priced. No electric kettle in the room, so we have to look for breakfast outside.

Great hotel. Reception tried really hard to be helpful but.... there isn’t an obvious entry to the hotel. You park in the hospital car park and can’t take the lift to reception without a room key so have to head up some stairs. Confusing.com

Room very comfortable and clean. Hotel very convenient to hospital where my wife received treatment. Reasonable food at a good price. Friendly staff everywhere.
