Hotel 4 stelle non all'altezza, in declino equivale a un due stelle.

Very rude staff, room smelled horrible like mould, lamps besides the bed were both melted from some extreme heat (no idea what happened here 😅). All appliances were super old and the air condition remote was extra taped so you couldn’t change temperature etc (was super hot in the room and not possible to regulate down). In the morning we wanted to check out the included breakfast buffet. When we arrived a waiter was asking if we like coffee, but the manager(?) from behind the reception screamed “no breakfast” so we left. Overall all super bad experience!

Hôtel pratique, personnel aimable.

Camere spaziose, letti comodi, personale cortese e gentile. Posizione hotel ottima per spostarsi verso Lucca, Pisa e Livorno.

Struttura semplice e carina. Personale gentile. Camera singola non grandissima....comunque tutto okk
