Booked 3 rooms. 116 and 118 got no sleep due to noisy and vibrating aircon units. 129 different problems, no WiFi and no tv (internet tv only with no aerial). Toilet so close to towel rail you burnt yourself

Nice staff. Liked having a wardrobe and chest of drawers- a well designed room.

The best thing about this hotel was the shower in our room. We were woken at 0630 on Sunday morning by the whole room shaking and the door rattling due to a washing machine on spin cycle on the floor above us (we were in a basement room). We reported to reception who really couldn't have cared less and blamed other guests (with a washing machine in their room???) At check-in we were asked if we wanted the breakfast in the adjoining cafe at a special offer price, which we bought, but the food was terrible, only the toast and baked beans were edible (the egg was so undercooked it was still raw in places) - don't waste your money, instead walk a few metres down the road to the Kish Persian restaurant who serve fantastic breakfasts and coffee.

Wonderful staff, clean room and great location though lots of noise from corridors which impacted a good night sleep.

The room was very basic. Not a lot of room to walk. The alarm woke us up and was on for hours.

Room was small, had to go over the bed to reach the window, one of which didn't have a safety latch. There was also 2 holes in the net curtains and bathroom could have been cleaner.

No welcome, just handed room key. Aircon didnt work. Room was tiny and stuffy. Room overlooked mainnroad and was noisy. No cameras or security. SERIOUS Incident in the room next door caused police and ambulance to occupy hotel for long periods. Manager promised refund due to poor stay and traumatic scenario, but never got it.

Friendly, polite staff. Room was clean and had all you need for a short stay. I didn't use the restaurant as only there for the 1 night but it looked very good. Very close to the nearest station and within walking distance to 3 others too for getting around. Plenty of shops, bars and places to eat in the area. I used this for a trip to Wembley Stadium, and would do so again!

my friend and i stayed for 1 night. The twin room we were allocated was in the depths of the hotel. we used the stair case to reach the room, and we noticed a horrible smell all the way from the top of the stair case to the door of our room. it smelt like old dirty mop. The room was ok, albeit dark, as it had no windows. It felt quite claustrophobic. The tap in the bathroom sink was leaking so much, the floor was very wet in the morning. I told the desk staff on our departure of this. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

The hotel was disgusting -the rooms were disgusting; the stench was overwhelming in the halls and the room. The hotel is unlivable. We had two separate beat-up rooms, and the second room they had forgot to clean when we arrived, and the bed was not made and there was garbage in it upon arrival. We left after an hour and lost our 2 nights' stay payment but we simply could not stay. It felt like a low rate stay in Somalia

Great location on Kilburn high road, across from the station and an excellent local pub. Room was clean, well prepared every day and the bed was super comfortable. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room, didn’t try the street food in the restaurant downstairs but will do when I’m back next time.

Opted to pay on arrival. But they had already taken the money on my credit card. The TV wasn't working. They knew but didn't care. Room was quite nice though

Only stayed for the night which I was glad about as the cleanliness of the room was not great. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and everything had limescale on it. The bathroom door also wouldn’t open or close unless you used all your strength as it kept catching on the carpet. Lack of extra pillows. Only given things for as if 1 person was staying. The shower backed up and the shower door had a massive gap in it so there was water all over even after a quick shower. There was also a really bad smell in the corridors and lift. The room was really small for the price. The staff were lovely though so I think the issues are more likely due to the age and upkeep of the hotel.
