Breakfast and dinner were amazing and staff were friendly and it was clean. Kids loved it and they had a donut decoration activity planned for kids . I would recommend this for NRIs coming to tirupati

Rooms were clean and neat. They were modern with all latest amenities. Staff was super helpful.

Room was not cleaned well. Sheets had red stains and looked like someone used it. Even the blanket had red stains. Carpet and the hallway outside the room had a bad odor. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Great hotel with incredible food. Absolutely amazing staff made the stay and Tirumalasetty Darshan memorable. Thanks to all the team at the hotel.

All rooms are not same when it comes to amenities. First day we got good room which is clean and nice. Our plans got changed and we extended our stay for one more day. This time we got entirely different room with less amenities compared to previous one. When mentioned at reception they told all rooms are same but it isn't. I clearly told what all missing and how different they are.

We had a really good stay , staff was very welcoming , quick to respond in service , courteous and buffet/ dining was very good in choices and flavors . Will definitely choose again for upcoming trips

Tapaswini from Orissa at the front desk was a absolutely phenomenal lady. She helped us get settled quickly and made a perfect arrival.will highly recommend for a stay in Tirupati and I will return if I am back in Tirupati at any time in the future.

Hotel was awesome. One suggestion is to start airport shuttle as uber is a mess in Tirupati.

Great place to stay and wind down after a trip to Tirumala temple and other temples in and around Tirupati. Great service with very attentive staff whongo out of their way to be helpful. Will definitely book future stays at this hotel for my extended family.
