No one was around for check-in, but we were emailed instructions for entry. Finally met staff next morning, who's very nice. Room is very small, very basic. Looks better in the pictures. Included breakfast is also very basic. You get what you pay for I guess, as hotels in Pisa are a bit pricey since it's a very busy/popular tourist hub. Good only for an overnight stay in Pisa. Very convenient location - only 3 mins walk to Pisa Centrale train station, or PisaMover train to airport.

The property was good, however, the bathroom was horrible in cleaning it has mold we need to use a sandals given there, can get an infection

The hotel was very conveniently located by the train station and the amenities were good. There is no lift which could be a bit of a struggle for some guests. The bedroom was fine with everything we needed, but the shower was not clean. It had a clogged drain and the tiles were very stained around the lower half. The shower pressure dropped very low if you wanted hot water. The walls are also a little thin but luckily our neighbours stopped watching TV at a reasonable time.

Near leaning tower

The room is fine for one night due to its proximity to the train station. But it's small. Felt a little claustrophobic. The AC did not work properly so I had a warm night in a stuffy room.

Location

It is located very close to the train station for convenience, as we were train-hopping touring Italy. The room is OK with basics, clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the leaning tower. The cost is a little overpriced though.

Excellent location- very close to train station and a flat 20 minute walk to the tower etc. clean, quiet and comfortable though basic. Air conditioning and good shower with plenty of hot water.

Good breakfast fresh coffee, water in room, convenient to train station friendly staff. Air con and comfy beds good value.

Arrived at 9Pm and no one on premises. Had to phone an external number. Then given code room info by sms. Unpleasant

Close to train station.

A good choice for our last night in Tuscany before heading for an early flight from Pisa. Less than 5 mins on foot from both train & bus stations & an easy 22min walk to the airport (& we’re in our 70’s!). Also an easy walk to the Tower, shopping & other points of interest. The hotel itself is older but well maintained by a friendly family & everything needed was there- A/C, WiFi, adequate breakfast & lovely starched white sheets on a comfortable bed. Ticked all my boxes & would happily return.

Convenient location

Clean. Friendly. Helpful and a great location. What more do you need feom a hotel stay?

A family business. They handled people very nicely. We felt being welcome. They are flexible and easy to deal with.

The hotel rooms look tired and dated but they are very clean and comfortable. If you want one or two nights then this hotel is perfect for you. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located 2 mins walk from Pisa Centrale Station, 25 mins very pleasant ( for the most part) walk from the airport and about the same from The Tower. I would highly recommend a stay here to go and visit the sights as you get to see FAR more of the town than if you stayed on the other side of the River Arno, there are some wonderful bars, restaurants and shops to see on your walk. Make sure to visit Keith's Cafe, opposite Keith Harings final piece of art and Gli Sfusi for some excellent affordable wine 👍 both within two mins walk.

Good location that is close to Pisa Central Station and fast link to the airport. However I would not want to stay more than one night. The external shutter was drawn down over the window so that we could not see outside.

The bathroom was small and had a mild issue. Great location next to the train station and most major attractions.

The breakfast was really good. Basic room with simple amenities but great location. The WiFi was the fastest we have experienced while traveling.

The stairs were difficult to navigate with even a small suitcase. The room was very small, very dated, and the hardest bed ever. The breakfast was not fantastic. Would not recommend this hotel.
