I stayed for 3 nights. So far so good, although staying during peak season is more expensive than usual.

My stay at Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi was the worst experience of my Kansai trip, during which I stayed at five different hotels. While the location is convenient and close to the subway station, and the room size is acceptable, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The air conditioner was full of dust and appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time. Dust was also found in multiple places, including on the TV remote control, the toilet paper holder, and the bathroom door. I had to use wet wipes to clean these surfaces myself.

Under the hotel there is a Balinese restaurant, so my husband and I were safe while in Osaka 😍.

Overall is a good hotel, but I won't stay in this hotel again. I have to lifting my heavy luggage, because access to hotel lobby must be via strairs. Not common for Hotel. The room quite old. But clean.

Very close to station, but the room ambience is pretty dark. But there's a chair for us to sit. Overall, it's great!

Location is good. Only thing is the entrance to the hotel has some stairs. It will be inconvenient for people with heavy luggage.

Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi is located strategically 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, right behind Hotel Nikko and across from 7 Eleven. The hotel is slightly old and you could tell from the slight musky smell when entering the room. It is super clean though so don't let that deter you from staying here. The staff especially were super helpful in helping us book a mini van to the airport at 4 AM (Ms. Shu & Mr. Shimasaki). The only thing worth mentioning is the stairs from street level to where the elevator is, might be difficult for accessibility (even for us after a few days of shopping it was quite tiring to walk up).

The best hotel in Japan. Really convenient, very good access to Dotonbori area and shinsaibashi station just need to walk 5-10mins. Not too crowded. Receptions are really nice, helpful and really really great service 🫶🫶🫶

Located near Shinsaibashi station and only a few minutes walk to Dotombori. There is a convenient store just across the road. The room was pretty spacious. They have full amenities including facial oil and facial cleanser! The staff was very helpful too.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Shinsaibashi Station and Mall. It's also close enough to walk to the shopping area around Dottonburi. I was in room 1003, queen bed with enough size for a couple. You can take toiletries in the lobby when checking in, pajamas are also provided. The service is very friendly and good. We were allowed to leave our suitcases when we checked out, so we could have lunch at Dottonburi without carrying suitcases and could still go to Shinsaibashi station for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Dottonburi area and its surroundings.

We had a great time staying here. At an affordable price, we can get a ' large room ' for the Superior Room type, this is the largest room we have ever had at a similar price to a standard Japanese room. All facilities are complete (except mineral water for drinking), the rooms and toilets are also clean, even in our room there was a medium-sized sofa, which is very rarely found in the same type of room in other hotels. The location is also strategic, 3 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was no lift or elevator form the entrance to the lift door, so you must pick up your luggages to climb several steps.
