Hotel location are good, just above the station. Crea Mall are just across the street and 24 hours Matsuya in front. Room are quite old and dusty. The South facing room that i stay have Air Conditioner problem which makes the room very hot. Opening the small window helps a bit during autumn night, but still hot during the noon. Air purifier helps to slightly cool my room during my first night. Complained to the front desk, but the younger staff are not helpful at all. The old senior staff are more helpful and immediately sent staff to help. At first they just want to give me Dyson fan which I think is not appropriate for the price that I paid (2jt per night) and I request room change for my second night. They check for room availability first then show me the new room which is East facing room that have working Air Conditioning. They gave me Roman Japan Traditional concept room which is far bigger and solves my issue.
