The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't very big but it was good. The staff provided excellent service.

Very nice hotel for spend my 2 nights there, the staff are very helpful, room is so big for Macau size, clean room, free drinking water, not like hotel in HK no free drinking water, free shuttle bus to ferry terminal, very recommend

It's a large 4-star hotel with convenient access. The breakfast selection isn't very diverse; improving the breakfast would make it a much better hotel.

No complaints about this hotel. The location is near bus stops, many restaurants around, and a 24-hour supermarket. Got early check-in and a very spacious room. The room is very quiet. The water shower is very good.

Uang deposit saya belum masuk-masuk ke kartu debit mandiri visa saya padahal sudah 5 hari yang lalu check outnya. Apalagi uang depositnya banyak banget 1000 MOP sekitar 1jt 970rb rupiah. Jadi minta tolong pihak hotel Casa Real Macau untuk segera transfer uang deposit saya sekarang.

The service is friendly, fast and even my room is upgraded, it's great to stay here, close to the macau ferry and there is transportation from the pier to the hotel.

Large hotel, close to the Macau ferry terminal, there is a free shuttle, the rooms are large with also large bathrooms. Although there are not many interesting places around, but near the hotel there are many interesting places that provide a free shuttle to the Merendik. the indoor pool is good, the gym is also quite good, recommended for stay during in Macau. For Muslims to be strungle enough to find halal food, but it is indeed Macau.

Hotel is very convenient, receptionist also spoke English very well. There were also restaurants which offered super tasty foods. Will come back for sure whenever I visit Macao.

Service is not polite, swimming pool can not be used.

Nice hotel. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal. The rooms are very big and clean. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful about info about Macau. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the ferry terminal every 30 minutes. In front of the hotel there is a mini market too.

Terminal ferry and shuttle bus can be reached on foot dengam making it easier for us to travel around Macau.

Rooms are large, the location is also close to macau ferry terminal.
