Very well located, good size and comfy rooms, easy check in. Sadly the only (very) disappointing aspect was the restaurant. Food was ok when eventually came, but was not particularly busy and we had booked later as asked to do so at check-in and probably not enough space here to explain. We did give polite feedback at checkout, but over 30 minutes to be asked for order, waitress not returning to tke drinks order, and then over an hour for food when we eventually after approached someone (no one came to table despite earlier saying we were wanting desserts) wer told cant as kitchen was closed. Shame as the ambience was nice, and the actual hotel accommodation was good.

yes the breakfast was convenient in the dining room. However the next morning we chose to have the breakfast delivered to our room.

Great pool. Spa was not warm. No AC in rooms. Grounds were beautiful and staff was efficient and friendly. I would not call this a 4-star hotel however. It was more like a nice 2-star. Bottle shop on property was nice.

We had a fantastic time at tall timbers, the grounds are fabulous, the unit was fantastic for a family of 4, everything was high class and worked really well. Had a mixed experience at the restaurant, otherwise, it was perfect, we are already making plans to visit again!

We have stayed in a lakeside unit on previous occasions. They are spacious and while getting on in age the location is beautiful and generally quiet. We have to sleep apart for health reasons and try to book 2 bedrooms. We stayed in unit 63 and all the beds were totally unsupportive. There is no pillow topper on any of them. They seem to have flattened down with age. When paying in excess of $300 per night, a supportive bed for a good night’s rest is expected and essential. Thus only 3 stars. Wrote to the General Manager but no response to date.
