Very clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

What a lovely experience at Hotel Manfredi. The hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were very clean and cozy, and the attention to detail really stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was great- they made sure to have Gluten Free options for me. We especially appreciated when they opened breakfast a few minutes early, so we could eat before our taxi to the airport. Location is amazing- we walked everywhere!

Front desk staff as well breakfast staff were AMAZING. Location location location It may be a small hotel and as you come in may feel discouraged (by the extent of the hotel) nevertheless, location warmth and knowledge of staff at arrival and during breakfast is undoubtedly a gem. Yes, rooms could be modern, they are traditionally Roman, nevertheless they have everything you may need. Have stayed at other locations and by far, price, service and location win.

The staff is amazing, location is perfect. I only wish that they had restaurant, but only 1/2 a block down is the perfect little spot.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Manfredi Suite in Rome from April 2–8 before heading to Amalfi, and we had a wonderful experience. From the time of booking through our arrival, communication was clear, prompt, and helpful. Our room was clean and well-prepared, with plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. What truly stood out was the staff… every single team member was welcoming, informative, and genuinely kind. The location is perfect and made it easy to explore the city. If I return to Rome, I would absolutely choose to stay here again. - Marcella

The biggest issue with the hotel is that the room you select online is not the one you are given upon arrival. We booked a Deluxe Triple Room, but were assigned a standard triple room instead. On the second morning, our room was changed upon request, but even then, the new room was still not in the Deluxe category. If you are planning to stay for 5 days like us, another drawback is that the same breakfast is served every day. Aside from these issues, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel has a central location.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is excellent—close to major sights and easy to get around on foot. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

They’re still using the heater as it’s on month of March. It’s a little warm at daytime so you just need to open the windows. The shops, restaurants and everything is just around you. Very convenient.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the hotel. All the staff made us feel welcomed. The breakfast had a nice selection and great service. The front desk ordered us a cab several times and it arrived within 3 to 5 minutes.. The bathroom had a great shower, a place to warm your towel, and a hairdryer. Room was very clean and had plenty of outlets. You will need to bring an adapter for USA to Italy to charge your phone and tablet. I always bring a steamer when i travel. I bought one off of Amazon that is compatible for their voltage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We miss you already Roma!

Great bar and staff. Very helpful in a medical emergency, too. Hotel has AC and is also well ventilated.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!

I got a sudden case of food poisoning and almost die. The housekeeper saved me and treated me so well until the ambulance came

10 for breakfast was the best of this hotel. The room was so small that we couldnt barely walk between the bed and the walls this was a rip off, I paid nearly 1000 dollars for a room that was hot we sweat there the AC wasn’t working at all and you could not change it. The walls were wet and the room will smell really bad. The bed !! OMG the mattress was so hard that it was the same as sleep on the floor. We were there for 4 days and this was really very frustrating. Please do not ask to be picked up from the terminal they charge you 85 Euros plus 30 more if you arrived after 6 pm . The worst hotel ever.
