This property is conveniently located just outside the old city area with a city bus stop right outside the hotel and the tram a short walk. Big shout out to the front desk for getting us into our room early was we arrived from an early morning flight at 11am!! The breakfast buffet was fantastic- I highly recommended it! The staff stored our luggage at the end of our stay and was very helpful with recommendations !

Loved it. Rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. Reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible, so much choice and all fresh, tasty food. Location slightly out the way but 10 mins walk to the Metro, not a bother for the quality of the hotel.

Enormous problem charging electric car and Tomas was so helpful in spending time to do this with us. Greatly appreciated. Dinner was great in the restaurant and staff exceptional. Only problem for us was not finding a news channel on TV!

Rooms spacious, all services housekeeping reception and breakfast great. Nice hotel and base to explore Bilbao. A 15min walk into town and back up the hill again to hotel though bus stops outside the hotel, if walking isn’t viable for you.

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, big room with blackout curtains and a great shower. In the bathroom is shower gel, moisturiser, shampoo, and conditioner. The bus to town is right outside and lots of parking space if you have a car. Just a 12 minute walk to the lovely old town. From the centre you can get a bus to the Gaztelugatxe walk (Game of Thrones) which takes and hour. There is free tea and coffee in the bedrooms and a water fountain in the hallway with room temperature, iced, or sparkling water. There’s also free wi-fi and a free gym (on the first floor). The staff are friendly and multi-lingual.
