The banana ice cream on the room service menu wasn't really to my liking.

Our whole family booked 7 rooms here. The breakfast service was quite comprehensive, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the swimming pool and we could even watch the fireworks display at night. A big plus. Very satisfied.

The hotel is okay, clean, and the staff are friendly. It's close to the city center and easy to get around. There's ample parking.

The hotel was okay, but the soundproofing was a bit poor; I could still hear the music from the nearby bar.

The room was opposite the beach bar, so it was very noisy at night, making it impossible to rest. The hotel was quite old.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet spray is too strong. It makes my butt want to fly away with the water.

The hotel is conveniently located for traveling to tourist attractions. There are many activities around. A bit old but the rooms are clean and have many beautiful views.

It's okay for the price. The lobby is dirty. The rest is pretty ok.

The room with sea view is very nice. Clean and comfortable. The hotel swimming pool is suitable for children.

From the hotel, walk to the beach about 5 minutes. Check-in time is 3pm, clean room, swimming pool suitable for children. The waiting area for check-in is quite good.

Old room, degraded facilities not worth the price

Location is ok, but opposite the bar is a bit noisy. Soundproofing is quite poor, can hear outside conversations clearly. At 9pm there was no one at the reception, no welcome drink and no one came out to help with parking and check-in procedures.

Overall ok for 4 star room rate

Hotel near cable car, beautiful view of the bay. Enthusiastic reception. Minus point: toilet lacks bidet.
