The receptionists could hardly speak English. The food at the buffet is cool, not hot.

The food was not very good. There is nails underneath the carpet, which apparently is a common issue in the hotel

Hotel is very nice in the City of Jinan, Shandong Province. The hotel is only 15-20 mins from the airport, but there is not much around it. The rooms are large, beds are Sheraton comfortable, and the service is what you come to expect from this great brand. Breakfast Buffet is extensive and delicious.
