Very pleasent stay, althought short, recepcionist was very helpfull, recommend!

Very classic hotel that’s quite old, but located in the center of the historic part of Udine. The basic amenities are there. Check-in was efficient, and the rooms are of a decent size.

Our travel agent booked this hotel two months prior to the trip. We've been totally shocked to find that hotel is overbooked, and we cannot be accommodated at the day of arrival. We've been offered to move to lower class sister hotel outside of city that we cannot accept.

Absolutely excellent location for visiting the city centre. Great for bars and cafes and restaurants, everything is close by. Reception area is very stylish, as is the decor of the rooms. This is a hotel with much character, not at all out of place amongst the many beautiful buildings of Udine. Staying here on a work trip with a colleague, we had nothing to be unhappy about at all.

I usually come here with my family every time we visit Udine, about 4-5 times a year, and we are always satisfied. Super perfect location, right in the heart of Udine, a few steps from the charming and lively piazza San Giacomo. Nearby you can find many good restaurants and bars as well as shops. But don’t miss the restaurant at Astoria, it’s excellent and classy. Staff is all very kind and attentive, rooms are well maintained and functional. I’d just suggest to add some USB plugs at the bed sides, they come always handy nowadays…
