We were so pleased with our stay at Steris Elegant Beach Hotel! We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. We loved having the beach right out front of our hotel, and the beach service with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks was fantastic. The rooms are also very clean, the ac works great and the location is near the old town, supermarkets, tourist and local shops. Overall super recommend!!

Good location, lots of local reataurants. Walking distance to Old Town and beach . Room was spacious and comfortable, great to have a fridge and freezer. Staff friendly and helpful.

If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher).

The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town.

The hotel is clean and easy accessible to all, sightseeing, transportation and is just next to the shore.

Overall this was a nice property with very convenient shopping options. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing and the staff there was easy to work with and professional. Working with the front desk, staff was awkward. During each breakfast, there was a gentleman sitting on the edge of the patio, smoking cigarettes the entire time we were eating. The wind blew all that smoke across into all the seats. He seemed like an owner or manager, But he never really did anything. His friends would come join him and make even more smoke. Other than this, it was a nice restaurant and a good hotel to stay, great balcony views of the ocean.

I would highly recommend! The position of the hotel is just across the road from a blue flag beach - lots of sun loungers and water sports available. Two minute walk to a supermarket to make the most of the studio apartment rooms we had booked. Room was spotless on arrival and kept that way for my whole stay. Water pressure on the shower was great (a big bug bear of mine when I can’t get a proper shower!) Aircon was easy to use and kept the the room at a good temperature when required. We arrived early hours of the morning and had a great reception by Dino, very attentive service via Maria’s x 2 and the lovely Athanasia (the hotel is clearly her passion). Thank goodness for local businesses that do a great job and make my stays away when not doing business just wonderful! Couldn’t recommend more!

Great location across from the beach. Lovely and clean.

The location is great, the old town only 15 minutes walk and the hotel is just next to the sea which is extremely convenient. The room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Perhaps the selection of the breakfast could improve, but from my side it was absolutely fine. Overall, we couldn't wish better staying for us.

We could not fault the hotel the only down side was the noisy road, which made it very uncomfortable when we sat on the balcony

Very nice hotel and great location

I loved the proximity to the beach, and it was walkable to the old town area. Lots of great shops and restaurants around. The hotel was very modern and hotel staff was very nice. My room had a beautiful view of the beach, and the price was very affordable. I the things I really disliked about this hotel were that on Expedia it said that there was free parking available (there wasn’t) and it seemed that the hotel had their own beach facilities (they don’t). I felt misled by the listing, but I made it work. Other complaints about the property are that the shower was wide open, so water would splash all over the bathroom floor, which was super annoying and a very poor design. I also found that the bathroom towels got really smelly like body odor after one or two uses. I think the hotel needs to wash their towels better, or consider getting new towels. Given the price point, I was overall pleased with the hotel, but there is some need for improvement.

I can’t say enough great things about Maria and Steris! The whole staff was wonderful. The location is easy for driving in and walking to old town. We borrowed bikes and rode them to old town. Everyone really was just above and beyond!
