Flora Alpina lays out the red carpet as soon as you enter this beautiful hotel. The reception desk staff is do welcoming, giving detailed descriptions of the facilities. Thd spa, sauna, pool and hot tub add to the luxurious feel of this beautiful spot. Hope to come back.

A beautiful peaceful retreat. Absolutely loved this place. Planned on one night, stayed for three. Don't ever want to leave. Spa facilities are amazing and rejuvenating. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great location and view on the lake. Surrounded by a large garden. Excellent service. Great food. Only minus point: We got a rather dark room next to the elevator although the hotel was half empty.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful big rooms we had an amazing balcony with table chairs and sunbeds which ment we could sit out and picnic in the sun 🌞. Lovely staff at both reception and in the dining room. Beautiful breakfast nothing too much trouble.

Put simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were rude, rooms were cramped and in a poor condition, breakfast had barely any food left on the buffet. Don’t make the same mistake, stay away

Such a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking the lake. Our room was super with an amazing view from the balcony of the lake. Brilliant service from everyone and the best gin and tonic anywhere

The view is spectacular but the hotel is dated and run down, curtains did not fit windows, door stops did not stop door from hitting mirror, no privacy as people in close proximity can see in your room, noise in corridor preventing sleep, the price of dinner is extortionate, no coffee or tea making facilities, one bottle of water between 2, staff at breakfast ignorant to me, did not explain what we had to do as it was alien to anything English, had to make your own omelette etc, not happy booked there on way home but little choice.

Room very small would have difficulty in swing a cat. Bathroom / shower room very small, no facility to hang wet towels made even more difficult when towels no changed. Overhaul very disappointed. On the other hand a good continental breakfast.

Got upgraded and had a great view. However it rained the majority of time we were there so never got to take full advantage of all the amenities

Had a balcony room at the front of the hotel overlooking the lake and views were tremendous. Not completely private though as balcony next door was a public one.

Beautiful setting, wonderful views. Ideal base, easy access to a lot of local attractions.

Quirky hotel in an amazing location. The views are spectacular from the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Breakfast choices are good and dinner excellent although expensive. The rooms are spacious however the bathrooms are tiny with the washbasin in the bedroom. I would recommend a trip on the lake and a ride on the train up the Rigi mountain.

Our second stay here, really enjoyable, fantastic location, views, staff, facilities and breakfast. Out of Luzern, but can catch ferry and hotel offers shuttle service to Vitznau Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time

A very good hotel with fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious although the bath/shower room we had was rather small. The only thing missing was tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and evening meals. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to book another stay there next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the Flora Alpina and we would return to this hotel again
