The pictures don’t do this place justice. Beautiful property in a great area. Very clean and the management was great with communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The rooms are big and it is located in central area. Clean kitchen and bathroom. it is very safe and very convenient. Only cons is that the insulation is not that great, you can here the outside, cars honking or ambulance. They provided ear plug though.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious — with a lovely terrace. Both the kitchen and bathroom were clean, and effectively stocked so nobody was missing anything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to be close to the heart of the city and close to the beach.

Bathrooms would get dirty quick and are also in need of repairs. Staff was nice and rooms were a good size.

When we arrived it was getting dark,starting to rain and we were somewhat lost. The girl had said to call 40 min before & then she told me to call back when arrived. When she buzzed door, three other people pushed in with us. I told the girl but she said it was okay. It wasn’t. One of the persons, a girl pushed into the elevator with us even though we repeatedly said no room. As we got to our floor or before, we were somewhat aggravated and distracted and our cell phone was pick pocketed. As the hotel rep (girl) met us at the elevator we were busy and distracted and didn’t see where the other girl went. Maybe they were working together. The rep could have easily met us at the door and not let these other people in. She could have easily identified the girl in our elevator as not a guest and called her out. This all could have been easily prevented, unless of course she was assisting. The apartment l, itself was very nice and clean, the other guests respectful, the cleaning staff and phone staff ver accommodating. There were 4 rooms and three baths in the apartment. We had one room and one bath with locks on both. With access to kitchen and common room.

The property was clean and well kept, the owner is very lovely and it is definitely worth the money to stay here as it is a 10 min walk to Las Ramblas; being close to the centre and metro stations. It is wonderful and I would stay here again!

Close to everything, clean and safe!

This is not a hotel but a shared apartment space. The location is good, walkable to everything but the rooms are located above a very busy treat and the windows are not sound proofed. I wasn’t able to get any sleep as the street traffic and noise came in so loudly. Very small, no dresser or room for clothes. Bathroom was nice. Check in is strange as you need to be able to phone the host ahead of time so they can meet you. No front desk.

We could've used 2 keys to be able to leave or go back to the guest house separately. Other than that, we liked this guest house as it is located at the perfect spot for public transport, touristic and also shopping purposes. Although we were promised cleaning and towel replacement service in every three days, we didn't mind not getting it. We were happy with using the same towels for a week. My husband really enjoyed the shared kitchen, where we could actually meet the other guests. We would've liked to be able to confer more often with the staff though.

Brilliant location in the city centre, good choice of places to eat nearby, long walk to the beach but also good metro and bus connections. Nice to meet other visitors in the apartment.

I like the fact that we could walk where we wanted. I wish our room was not so hot but it was clean.

Super clean shared apartment close to all transit, connections to airport and tour buses. In the heart of the action. Only downside was that construction on the outside of the building restricted view. Great property management contact.
