LOVE this hotel and would highly recommend! Very friendly and kind staff, rooms are small but very cozy, clean and well decorated. Breakfast was amazing with even lots of vegan options. Location is great as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

Very close to the city centre and central station. Walkable to main attractions. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Room spotless.

Clean, spacious room. Bit noisy in the street at times, but not really noticeable and didn’t impact stay. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Location was great but the room itself was disappointing - quite shabby overall and missing elements you’d expect a 4-star hotel to have, like a mini fridge. The staff seemed largely clueless and unhelpful too, aside from the blonde lady on the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I loved being in the city center and staying in an old hotel with all the modern conveniences . The staff is kind personable particularly our house keeper on the third floor. She greeted us with a smile each time we saw each other.The woman in the breakfast area had a great attitude and reminded me of my family from Göteborg .Will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends

Very bad the room was cold my kid got sick because of the room temprature the bed was awful and the service was terrible i asked to change the room because it was cold inside and the bed was small they told me to pay extra never ever this hotel again and do not recommend it as well!!!

Charming property with a lot of charisma. Only remark would be because of the age of the property, the elevators had to be retrofitted which makes for a quirky access.

It was my second time at the hotel, and I’ve recommended it to others visiting Gothenburg. The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel really si excellent location, I didnt really know what area was good to stay in Goteborg, but I found it! We had a lovely Medium room, spacious, good size bathroom. There is parking right out the front, pay for 2 hours 8-18 hours but was free for us for the whole NY time (hotel tried to direct us to a parking garage on the phone...probably didnt know this). I am told by a local that over summer this area gets turned into a market/food area though? Included breakfast quite adequate, with warm foods. Will stay here again when I return to Goteborg. (And I am not one for staying at the same place usually!)

Our room was quite plain and very dusty. There was also a lack of towels. We found our room extremely noisey on Friday and Saturday night til 3am. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. It isnt anything too fancy, but it was well-prepared and presented.

Such a nice hotel nice clean big room nice friendly staff, great food, great location next to shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely hotel! The room we had was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food available. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay!
