Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, pleasant hotel

Great location, and good apartment size and comfortable. There was a fire alarm mishap that woke us at 6am and said evacuate and then stopped. False alarm. The chrome casting didn’t work.

The hotel's location is very strategic, right in front of the tram line, just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop, and only a 7-minute walk to the beach. The view from the room with a balcony is excellent. The hotel staff is also friendly and cooperative. They allowed us to continue using the hotel facilities even after checking out (including swimming and showering) because our flight was in the late afternoon. It was truly a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel.

Great location, great staff. Apartment provided with everything you would need. Highlighly recommend!
