I am very disappointed with this hotel stay. The air conditioner units are set at a permanent threshold of 22°C and no matter how you try to cool the room with your in room thermostat nothing changes as it is fixed to blow at 22°C. The hotel staff will never agree to the fact that it's on a threshold limit. They will lie to you over and over again saying that it will take time to cool. Slept sweating the whole night without any proper sleep and mosquitoes to add to this suffering. Sorry to say but this is not a Marriot standard hotel. As a fanatic Marriot group Bonvoy member, I would request the Marriot operations team to visit this hotel and take corrective actions before this hotel ruins and tarnishes the brand reputation of the Sheraton and Marriot brands. The only thing good about this place is the food, other than that, the small lodges are way better.

Amazing Stay, I almost did not want to leave. From the friendly staff to the delicious hot meals. Access to all the amenities was also a major highlight. Highly recommend for your stay in Jaipur.

They really care for their guests. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us.

Check in was quick and convenient. Breakfast and dinner had scarce variety but food was fresh and well cooked. Customer service was amazing. Rooms were well maintained.

Dirty room, Halway: rests of food everywhere. Pool water cloudy. Not Sheraton worthy.

The stafff was very friendly and helped make the stay a memorable one. My niece absolutely loved the swimming pool. The pool are was well maintained. breakfast spread was incredible. We stayed for 2 nights and noted that the breakfast menu was changed daily which was really nice. The location was convenient with a market/shops nearby.

The rooms are very old and smelly. The cleanliness is very poor. Terrible experience

My door key never worked, and one of two room checkin was delayed for 2 hours

This was valued for money nice and bright and clean. The restaurant was pretty good. The prices were reasonable and I would certainly have stayed a few more days there if my time had allowed

Bathroom was not good no good drainage. Food was not hot enough as a temperature.

The overall stay was wonderful, but what stood out the most was the delicious breakfast, with a variety of food that was endless. Staff was very professional and friendly. thanks for the wonderful experience!

The staff at this hotel is beyond amazing. They go above and beyond to make it a great stay. The hotel needs a lot of updates. I would recommend Marriot putting a little money into this hotel to make it up to the Marriot standards. The employees make up for the old hotel, though. Again, they are amazing.

Air Conditioner Not Working in room.. BathTowls are not clean.. bathroom sink has been clogged..

Everything was great at this hotel. Staff service including the wonderful staff at reception (Pradeep and the pretty girl whose name I forget) Restaurant on 10th floor was amazing. Great views, food quality was amazing.. Rooms were modern and very clean.. something that is not easy to achieve in India Could be better Transparency around non availability of non-veg options.. my daughter was initially disappointed.. but needed up loving all veg options. Will definitely come again. 5 star services that is affordable.

Nice clean rooms, free water bottles and breakfast. Hotel overall was clean and high end

Room is good size but quite dated. The bed was a spring mattress low bed which was an uncomfortable experience The toilets are very poorly maintained with too much black mildew and very poor showe condition. The entire toilet need a major clean up. Breakfast spread was quite good for vegetarians but for the non vegetarians it was extremely underwhelming. There was no decent meat and thecold cuts were tasteless. However the paratha, sambar, fresh dosas and omelettes were great with a very good coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful both at the checkin and the restaurants.
