room is convenient and of good size, also appreciated the fridge and great coffee machine. Good to have a pool, but it was a bit cold, and there isn't a changing area or towels nearby (need to go back to reception). there is also no water cooler in the pool nor gym area. Gym was a bit dated, but usable. We didn't have our room cleaned when we stayed a bit longer in the room which was a bit of a frustrating surprise.

Was not allowed to check in until 5pm. No updates from staff. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Smell of paint and builders throughout. Restaurant staff were excellent however.

Very comfortable hotel, good location close to Arnhem.

We had a family room which was a perfect size for us for our short stay. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will look to book with the same hotel chain in the future.

The hotel and staff were great to deal with. Expedia was the problem. The Expedia description of the room we reserved was not even offered by the hotel as per the staff. The staff was accommodating but Expedia owes me/us an explanation.

Spacious room

This hotel has seen better times. Dinner was very nice and reasonably priced. Everything else was very dated. Creaky floorboards, bit of a dusty smell all over the place and the sauna very smelly. Food was actually carried from the kitchen through the pool (I kid you not) to the restaurant. It would seem to me that this hotel is need of a significant investment.

It is nicer in real life than the pictures. Playroom and lovely pool. Perfect for kids.

Your average hotel, friendly staff, old interior, above average European breakfast. be sure to ask for a room with AC, not all room have it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the property reminded us of a real Swiss hotel in service and ambiance. We ate in the restaurant twice, delicious and convenient. No air conditioning which didn't matter as it was chilly even in July.

Wonderful pleasant and relaxing hotel with polite and friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious.

Friendly Service, quick check in, great central loction during the OP MARKET GARDEN weekend - between Arnhem, Ede, Oosterbeek, Wageningen, and Driel.

I would recommend it

Kamer bleek onverearmd maar na openen radiator ging t beter. Ik wilde gebruik maen van ‘t zwembad maar op de kamer ontbreken slippers en badmantel. Bij het zwembad ontbraken handdoeken: moet je meenemen uit de kamer. Je kan naar het zwembad zonder door de lobby te hoeven lopen maarf die route is nergens aangegeven

Netjes verzorgd hotel waar je vriendelijk wordt ontvangen.

Alles was goed tot uitstekend !
