Had a wonderful stay! Nuria at the front desk was amazing - very positive, warm & professional. She made my check in smooth & gave great tips & advice for my time in the area. Lovely city views, great amenities, amazing breakfast and a welcoming atmosphere all around. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, beautiful property... I would recommend staying in the original house rather than the new apartments by the pool. The food at the restaurant is good, but pricey.

Had a great stay at this hotel and we eill definitely return. PROs: Comfortable, clean, and spacious room. Decent sized bathroom with shower and bathtub. Like the ambience of the hotel. Infinity pool. Amazing views of the city from this hotel. Great around sunset. Dominican Rep. lady at the front desk was quite helpful and managed to get us a reservation for dinner at the restaurant Simpson on the property. Property is very well maintained. CONs: NONE about the hotel or our stay. The only issue we had is the service at the restaurant Simpson. We were tired to go into the city for dinner but we should have done just that. No one greeted us at the restaurant after we went in. When we said we had the reservation for dinner, they have asked us to wait and did not tell us how long the wait is going to be. We were seated after 40 mins of waiting (40 mins after our reservation time!). Service is super slow. After we were seated, it took 15 mins for someone to take our order and another 40 mins for us to have our food. Yes! We did clock! Our reservation was at 10 pm and by the time we left the restaurant it was way past midnight. Food was mediocre!

Perfect location with exceptional surrounds. Amazing views

This is a lovely hotel - the old part of the hotel - reception area and room and outside are very stylish and beautiful. The new rooms which are separate from the main hotel building are spacious, modern, well designed with a beautiful functional bathroom. It is very quiet but only a fifteen minutes drive from gorgeous beaches and lovely villages. The breakfast was excellent. The only down sides were quite minor - no kettle in the room and one couldn't be provided despite asking for one. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, a special thanks to the receptionist for giving us bathrobes :). The spa seemed to cost around 20 euros extra per visit which was a surprise. There are several blocks which have rooms close to the pool away from the hotel. There is some disparity of niceness or the surroundings of these rooms - some overlook grapevines and a nice lawn with sunbeds on whilst the ones which are furthest down and away from the hotel have no sunbeds and the gardens and driveway are a bit unkempt. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel but you really need a car. We ate in the hotel restaurant just the once, the food wasn't impressive and we ate out al other evenings.. Breakfasts were lovely.

Fantastic place. The best during our stay in spain

We had a great stay at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and very inviting. With the picturesque view, plenty of comfortable chairs, and very nice pool you can happily spend your entire day here. We started off with a room in the main house which was a bit noisy so we were happy to get a free upgrade to one of the garden rooms. The first room had a huge terrace overlooking the valley but we wanted a room with a safe and a small fridge so the second room suited us better. The garden rooms are are newer and more modern, more soundproof, have bigger beds, lots of storage and are equipped with safes and small refrigerators. There is a patio outside equipped with a table and chairs. Breakfast was good with a delicious selection of breads, meats and cheeses. The staff at this hotel is excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Special thanks to Alithea for going above and beyond with helping us with our GPS. I would recommend this to my friends and I would definitely stay here again.

El primero en fallar, hoteles.com por poner en su web fotografías que no se corresponden a la habitación reservada, me puse en contacto con hoteles.com y no me sirvió para nada, o sea, que solo sirven para lo bueno, en lo malo no esperéis ayuda. El complejo está formado por la masía, con habitaciones que justean para el precio y la zona nueva en la que estuve el año pasado y que son modernas y están muy bien. En las intalaciones hay aparcamiento, cosa que se agradece y cuenta con una piscina con bonitas vistas, el sitio es tranquilo, a excepción de los vecinos de la finca contigua, que tienen niños y como es normal disfrutan en su piscina. Al llegar a la habitación, la decepción, un baño muy justito, nada que ver con la anunciada bañera hidromasaje privada de la página web, como veis. La cama debe ser de 1,35x1,90 ya que yo con 1,81 llegaba justo de punta a punta, en fin, como ya he dicho, mismo lugar, diferentes experiencias según lo reservado, pero para ser mes de septiembre a una media de 111 eur por noche, no hubiese elegido esta opción. Por cierto, después de pedir por dos ocasiones toallas de piscina en la recepción y decirnos que nos las dejarían en la habitación, aún las estamos esperando. Lo último, el desayuno bien, depende de lo exigente que seas, zumos tipo granini en jarra (3 opciones) diferentes tipos de pan, alguna variedad de bolleria, jamón el dulce, pavo, jamón serrano, queso, huevos, cereales.... máquina de cafe, ya digo, según la exigencia de cada uno.

Mas Ses Vinyes was an incredible hotel, we went as a group of 4 girls. The hotel is located well, and quite close to a lot of places, like restaurants, beaches, golf clubs, and smaller villages with ceramics. Well located for driving to a bunch of different places located on Costa Brava. Would return.
