The elevators seemed a little dated, but the room was very nice and felt the appropriate value for the cost. The bar/resturant was ok, but again seemed a little dated. Overall, the hotel is nice, a little bit from the main downtown. Parking was the BEST I've seen in space, plenty of space and I didn't feel like I would hit my car against some wall or something versus the downtown parking garages. and there was always plenty of spaces, never had to worry about a full lot.

The broadband was no good i had to use my hot spot on my phone. The hotel was noisy. It was a good hotel at one time but not any more. Prices went up the service went down. I won't be staying there anymore

Amazing stay for a one night stop, chose renovated room and it was lovely, clean, comfortable. Parking easy and kiosk/ cafe and restaurant on site if needed. Staff exceptional, wonderful young lady at reception.

All the rooms are nice, but we splurged on a suite with a 3 person hot tub! It would be at least $500 per night in the city. They even gave us a bath bomb! We had robes and slippers and felt famous. Other hotels do this, but not for the price we paid. The restaurant was good with a great wait staff. The beds are super comfortable and the linens top notch. Definitely stay here! Parking is ample and free.

We were traveling with a dog, and the hotel provided everything he needed including a bed and a goody bag. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful, efficient, and friendly.

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Wish we could have stayed longer. I'm surprised its only 3 stars. We would love to come back and stay for longer another time.

Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom in the deluxe has a shower cubicle which was so much better than their standard room

Lovely hotel right next to the motorway, so it's ideal for a stopover. It was really clean, the reception team were friendly and the restaurant was good. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were great. There is loads of free parking with some electric car charging points. Dogs are welcome too. Would 100% recommend for a stopover.

Lovely hotel and very well set up for families with dogs. Room was large and modern and well designed. Loved the extra door between the main hall and bedroom as it kept the dogs calmer from corridor noise. Restaurant in the evening was lovely too. We hope to be back soon.

The hotel was rather noisy and our room was above the breakfast area. The bacon would have been nice if it was hot. Even the fresh bacon out of the kitchen was cold. The staff in the evening restaurant were very good and friendly.

Courteous staff on reception. Room immaculate. Excellent shower room. Plenty of parking. Excellent access to motorway.

Hotel is a great stop when travelling through Spain. Staff were very helpful and well catered for dogs

This was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The green aea was an added bonus as I was traveling with my dog. The room was spacious with a lovely walk-in shower. I will be using this hotel again if the price is OK.

A really good hotel for the price we paid. We checked in at 2am (24 hr reception), slept for 7 hours, had a decent breakfast with a quick check out and left. I would stay here again if passing

Very disappointed as on arrival all 6 electric vehicle charge points were out of order … Please be advised that the hotel does not put the air conditioning on until 1 June. It was explained all hotels in Burgos are the same as Burgos is a very cold city. The room temperature was 28 degrees + … and for reference not ALL hotels in Burgos have the same practice . I understand the eco friendliness / cost saving but in the same breath the temperature in May is not always the same and this year was blazing. The standard rooms are in a sorry condition so recommend upgrading to the refurbished room for a very small supplement The hotel does not have room service and the restaurant does not serve food until 8pm. During the day only coffee and cake are available for all and there is no fridge/in room refreshments. The hotel is well positioned for the motorway network as well as only 10 minutes drive in to beautiful Burgos. It is used by coach companies are their transit hotel so expect bus loads … for which reception is not equipped nor staffed for. The coach parties eat in a separate dining area for breakfast. The small breakfast room is well stocked and tables cleared efficiently. Overall the heat in the rooms would stop us staying here again as we were unable to sleep as due to the location of the hotel if you open a window it’s like sleeping on the motorway.
